WiiM has unveiled the WiiM Bar, its first-ever soundbar, at High End Vienna 2026. Designed for both home theatre and music listening, the new soundbar combines Dolby Atmos support, an integrated touchscreen and the flexibility to expand into a full 5.1.2-channel surround sound system.
The WiiM Bar features a 3.0.2-channel Dolby Atmos configuration powered by an eight-driver array. Its top-firing height drivers are designed to create a more immersive listening experience, while RoomFit automatic room correction adjusts the sound output to suit the surrounding space.
Beyond movies and television, the soundbar also integrates with the WiiM ecosystem, supporting multi-room audio, advanced equaliser settings and access to more than 20 streaming services. Users can manage playback and audio settings through the WiiM Home app or directly from the soundbar’s built-in touchscreen.
The WiiM Standard
The WiiM Bar is designed to work as a standalone soundbar or as the centre of a larger home theatre setup. Users can expand the system wirelessly by pairing compatible WiiM devices as surround speakers and a subwoofer, allowing the setup to grow alongside their entertainment needs.

“The WiiM Bar is a natural next step for our ecosystem, bringing the same simplicity and high-fidelity performance our community loves into the living room,” said Dr. Lifeng Zhao, CEO of WiiM.
“With true Dolby Atmos sound, an intuitive touch display, and the ability to expand from a standalone soundbar into a full surround setup, it’s designed to grow with the way our users enjoy music, movies, and gaming.”
The soundbar also works with the WiiM Home app, giving users control over audio playback across compatible devices and rooms. The app can be used to stream music, adjust equaliser settings, group speakers and amplifiers, and switch sound modes.
Key Features of the WiiM Bar
Display-First Control: A glass-covered 2.1-inch round touchscreen provides on-device access to album artwork, playback controls, source selection, equaliser settings, Smart Presets and personalisation options. Its interface is designed to remain visible and easy to use from across the room.
Immersive and Expandable Home Theatre: The WiiM Bar delivers 3.0.2-channel Dolby Atmos sound, with top-firing height drivers included. Users can expand it into a 5.1.2-channel surround sound system by wirelessly pairing compatible WiiM devices as surround speakers and a subwoofer.
Built for Movies, TV and Music: The soundbar features an eight-driver array with four passive radiators, including front mid-woofers, front tweeters and top-firing full-range height drivers. It supports HDMI eARC and audio formats including LPCM, Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus (DD+), AC-3, DTS and DTS.
RoomFit Room Correction: RoomFit automatically measures the listening environment and adjusts the sound output to provide a balanced listening experience based on where the soundbar is placed.
Dialogue Enhancement and Night Mode: Clear Voice Mode uses AI-powered dialogue enhancement to separate speech from background audio in real time, helping make conversations clearer and more natural. Night Mode reduces the volume of loud sound effects while maintaining dialogue clarity.
Universal Streaming: Users can access more than 20 streaming services through the WiiM Home app. The soundbar also supports direct casting through Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Google Cast and Roon, among other platforms.
Flexible Controls: Playback and audio settings can be managed through the WiiM Home app, the integrated touchscreen, voice control, or the included remote.
Built for the Future of Home Audio
WiiM says the Bar will receive ongoing firmware updates to introduce new features and refine performance based on feedback from its user community.
By combining home theatre features with WiiM’s existing music-streaming and multi-room audio capabilities, the soundbar is designed to serve as an all-in-one solution for both film and music enthusiasts.
