vivo has officially unveiled the new X300 Ultra in Singapore, positioning the flagship smartphone as a serious contender for mobile creators, photography enthusiasts and power users looking for DSLR-like imaging capabilities in a smartphone form factor. The device combines a powerful ZEISS-engineered camera system, flagship Snapdragon performance and a large battery into what vivo describes as its most advanced X-series smartphone yet.

At the heart of the vivo X300 Ultra is the new ZEISS Master Lenses Collection, featuring three distinct focal lengths designed to emulate professional photography setups. These include a 14mm ultra-wide camera for expansive landscapes, a 35mm main camera aimed at documentary-style photography, and an 85mm telephoto lens for portraits and cinematic close-ups. The main and telephoto cameras both feature 200MP sensors, allowing users to capture highly detailed images even when cropped or enlarged.

vivo is also pushing mobile zoom photography further with optional ZEISS telephoto extenders that can extend focal lengths up to 200mm and even 400mm equivalents. Combined with digital cropping, vivo claims the phone can achieve ultra-long-range shooting capabilities that rival dedicated cameras.

Video creators are another major focus for the X300 Ultra. The smartphone supports 4K 120fps recording in 10-bit Log and Dolby Vision across all rear cameras, bringing more professional-grade workflows to mobile filmmaking. Features such as LUT monitoring, enhanced stabilisation and pro video accessories further reinforce vivo’s ambitions in the creator space.
Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with vivo’s proprietary VS1+ imaging chip for computational photography and AI-enhanced imaging performance. The flagship chipset is built on a 3nm process and is designed to handle intensive photography, gaming and multitasking workloads smoothly.

The X300 Ultra also packs a sizeable 6600mAh battery with support for 100W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging. vivo says the combination is designed to support heavy creative workloads, extended gaming sessions and long video recording without frequent charging interruptions.
On the front, the smartphone features a large 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with up to a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness reaching 4,500 nits. The ZEISS Master Colour display is designed to deliver accurate colours and strong outdoor visibility, making it suitable for both content consumption and photo editing on the go.
Durability has also been upgraded with IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings, while the phone ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6. vivo has additionally committed to long-term software support, including multiple years of Android updates and security patches.

The vivo X300 Ultra is now available in Singapore, with configurations going up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. vivo is also offering compatible photography accessories, including the ZEISS telephoto extender kit, professional photography grip and creator-focused add-ons aimed at users who want a more camera-like shooting experience.
The vivo X300 Ultra 1TB variant, bundled with the Teleconverter Photographer Kit, is priced at S$3,299.
