The new ENVY x360 is a creative powerhouse 2-in-1 laptop, a tool for ultimate work experience and creativity. With the borders opening up recently to Japan, we now have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. I brought the Envy x360 along with me on the trip to get some work done. The Key is performance. For a more lifelike viewing experience, the Envy x360 has a 4K OLED display. It also offers a 120 Hz display with a 2x quicker refresh rate for fluid visuals. I especially liked that it was a touch screen so I could make and easily manipulate drawings and other creative content using many movements like pinch-to-zoom, double tapping, and press and hold. I was quite proficient at recording meeting minutes and taking notes.
A cool feature is that I could turn this laptop into a touchscreen tablet! With the stylus pen, I could also enjoy sketching quickly to simplify my creative flow. The laptop can flip 360 degrees, bringing me endless possibilities on how I choose to do my work. When I am reading articles, I find this mode the best for me. In addition, I have the option of using a device with a 3:2 aspect ratio for online browsing and productivity, a 16:9 aspect ratio for watching films and entertainment, and a 16:10 aspect ratio for editing videos. It features 12th Gen Intel Core processors, allowing for improved multitasking and performance. All Envy devices have HP Palette pre-installed, which facilitates cross-device collaboration and helps to streamline the creative process.
As it was not convenient to bring a bulky charger out with me all day when I am travelling, I appreciated the power saver mode that helps to extend its battery life. To maintain the health of your battery, the Adaptive Battery Optimizer also keeps track of battery temperature, charging status, and usage time.
As I was overseas for quite a few days, I dialled into my family gathering with my godparents. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of the front-facing camera was! It has a 5MP camera for picture-perfect clarity, with crystal-clear sounds. Look at how clear the quality of the video was!
Seven programmable buttons and a scroll wheel with tilt-click functionality are included with the HP 930 Creator Wireless Mouse, allowing you to swap out difficult keystrokes for routine actions. This truly simplifies my workflow and increased efficiency. An example would be the infinite scroll helping me to look through all the content I do for work easily.
Overall, I feel that the Envy x360 truly embodies how we can work and create wherever and whenever. It has proven itself to be a creative powerhouse 2-in-1 laptop for both work and creativity.
