Deadzone: Rogue Blasts Out of Early Access With Its Largest Update Yet

Prophecy Games has officially launched Deadzone: Rogue into version 1.0 on PC, marking the sci-fi co-op shooter’s full release after an intense Early Access journey that drew more than 300,000 players. Available now on Steam, the roguelite FPS arrives with its biggest content drop yet, a 20% launch discount, and a final chapter that pushes its survival gameplay to the edge.

Enter the Bio-Organic Zone
The headline addition in the 1.0 update is Zone 3, a bio-organic sector that introduces 9 brand-new missions.

Players will face over 20 fresh enemy types and unlock devastating psionic and plasma abilities as they battle through an evolving ecosystem teeming with hostile lifeforms.

At the heart of this new zone lies the game’s toughest boss yet — a climactic encounter that promises to test even the most seasoned squads.

Built for Co-op Survival
Set aboard the ISSX, a derelict space station consumed by rogue machines and alien corruption, Deadzone: Rogue demands teamwork. Up to three players can squad up, diving into roguelite progression systems, randomised runs, and relentless enemy waves.

Each mission uncovers more of the ISSX’s dark secrets, and with the 1.0 launch, players now have the complete narrative arc of the station’s fall and humanity’s fight to reclaim it.

Day-One DLC and Bundles
Alongside the base game, Prophecy Games has launched extra content to deepen the experience:

Operative Pack DLC – $12.49 ($9.99 at launch)
Exclusive “Void King” armour and weapon skins, a personal command lounge with jukebox, golden player nameplate, and other stylish customisation items.

Original Soundtrack DLC – $3.49 ($2.79 at launch)
Fifteen pulse-pounding tracks that can be enjoyed in-game or standalone.

Deluxe Edition Bundle – $40.97 ($29.99 at launch)
Includes the base game, Operative Pack, and soundtrack with an extra bundle discount stacked on top of the launch sale.

Importantly, all DLC is cosmetic-only and has no impact on gameplay balance.

Launch Pricing and Platforms
The standard edition of Deadzone: Rogue is priced at $24.99, but until August 25, 2025, players can grab it for $19.99 with the 20% launch discount. The same promotion applies across DLCs and bundles.

For console players, the wait is almost over: versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are slated for September 2025, pending final testing. A free demo of Zone 1 is already live on both platforms, giving fans a taste of the chaos ahead.
