There are 2 main parts to this: the fan and a thermoelectric cooling element at the back of your neck. The science geeks out there must be wondering how the cooling functions work. Well, it maintains the cooling through fluid dynamics, by using a mysterious cooling element—the Peltier element. I like turning on the thermoelectric cooler function as I can feel myself rapidly cooling down when in use. The aluminium exterior absorbs heat when it is in contact with the skin.
The Arctic Neck Cooler has a double cooling plate with three adjustable fan speeds. When the fan is charged for three hours, it can be used for up to 12 hours; if the fan is used together with the cooling element, the battery lasts for up to three hours. It is also durable; it has been tested for more than 3,000 twists. I can even exercise outdoors with it!
I like to bring it out with me when I go outdoors as it is so light and portable! It allows you to keep both hands free too. The Arctic Neck Cooler is also ergonomically designed. It fits the neck well, and the wind direction can be adjusted to your liking. The neck of the device is bendable, so it makes adjusting a piece of cake.
The fan can also turn 45° to enable cooling on my face, neck and body. Since the direction of the head part can be changed up to 45°, you can use it in any direction that you like, such as turning it to blow the air on your neck or face.
