ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced the ROG Gjallar, a premium gaming soundbar that combines immersive Dolby Atmos surround sound, intelligent voice communication, and versatile connectivity in a compact design. Built for gamers who demand cinematic audio and crystal-clear team communication, the ROG Gjallar also doubles as an all-in-one audio control hub, making it an ideal addition to PC and console gaming setups.
Designed to deliver an expansive 2.1.2-channel Dolby Atmos experience, the ROG Gjallar features left and right full-range speakers, dedicated tweeters, upward-firing drivers, and a powerful 6.5-inch, 65W wireless subwoofer. Together, they create a realistic three-dimensional soundstage that enhances everything from competitive gameplay to movies and music. The wireless subwoofer operates over a low-latency 5GHz connection, producing deep, impactful bass while offering flexible placement to suit different gaming environments.

For competitive gamers, the immersive audio provides exceptional positional accuracy, making it easier to pinpoint footsteps, enemy movements, and other in-game cues for a tactical advantage.
The ROG Gjallar also serves as a convenient audio control centre. Its integrated LCD provides quick access to playback controls, EQ settings, input source selection, and RGB lighting adjustments. Users can effortlessly switch between sound profiles optimised for gaming, movies, or music without interrupting their experience.

Clear communication is another key focus of the soundbar. Built-in microphones powered by Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) technology reduce unwanted speaker echo during voice chats, while AI beamforming further enhances voice pickup by suppressing background noises such as PC cooling fans and system hum. The result is natural, intelligible voice communication whether gaming, streaming, or attending online meetings.
Connectivity is equally comprehensive, allowing the ROG Gjallar to integrate seamlessly into virtually any entertainment setup. It supports USB-C®, HDMI® 2.1 with eARC, optical audio, AUX input, and Bluetooth® 5.3, making it compatible with PCs, Macs, smartphones, and gaming consoles including PlayStation®, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch™.

HDMI 2.1 enables 4K at 120Hz passthrough, while eARC delivers high-resolution, lossless audio with low-latency synchronisation for a more immersive gaming and home entertainment experience. Two integrated USB Type-A ports on the side of the soundbar also provide convenient connections for wireless dongles, storage devices, and other USB peripherals, helping keep gaming desks organised.
Users can further personalise their listening experience through Gear Link, ASUS’ web-based and mobile configuration tool. The software allows easy adjustment of EQ settings, RGB lighting effects, microphone performance, and other audio preferences, enabling gamers to fine-tune the soundbar to match their individual play styles and entertainment needs.
The ASUS ROG Gjallar will be available in Singapore from mid-Q3 2026 through authorised ASUS retailers.
