The All-New iPad Pro: Powerful And Portable for Creatives and Professionals

I’ve recently got my hands on the all-new iPad Pro, and it’s safe to say that Apple has outdone itself once again. From the impressive M4 chip to the advanced iPadOS 17.5.1 and the enhanced accessories, this device redefines what a tablet can do.

At just 5.1 millimetres thick, it is the thinnest Apple product ever created, making it incredibly easy to carry around without sacrificing performance. The slim profile doesn’t just contribute to its aesthetic appeal but also enhances its usability, allowing it to slip effortlessly into any bag or case. Despite its slender frame, the iPad Pro is robust and packed with powerful hardware. It is an ultra-thin device that doesn’t compromise on functionality or durability.

The Ultra Retina XDR display on the new iPad Pro is nothing short of spectacular. With extreme brightness, precise contrast, and advanced technologies like ProMotion and True Tone, every visual experience is immersive. The 11-inch model is incredibly thin at just 5.1 millimetres, making it the thinnest Apple product I’ve ever used. This display is perfect for my professional workflows and entertainment needs.

The latest iPadOS 17.5.1 has brought a slew of new features that enhance productivity and creativity. The new Stage Manager is a game-changer for multitasking, allowing me to manage multiple apps and workflows effortlessly. The heart of my new iPad Pro is the M4 chip. This chip is an absolute powerhouse, providing up to four times faster pro rendering performance and 1.5 times faster CPU performance compared to the M2. The GPU’s hardware-accelerated ray tracing capabilities have transformed my gaming and creative tasks, making everything smoother and more vibrant.

The all-new Apple Pencil Pro has taken my creativity to new heights. Its pixel-perfect precision, low latency, and tilt sensitivity make drawing, painting, handwriting, and note-taking a breeze. Creating posters and videos with the Pencil Pro is not just easy but also incredibly fun. Using the Apple Pencil Pro, I’ve been able to create stunning posters and videos for my graduation trip. The precision and ease of use of the Pencil Pro make it an indispensable tool for my creative projects, allowing me to bring my ideas to life effortlessly.

Editing videos on the iPad Pro has also been made easier. I recently edited a Citroën video for a review, adding logos, music, and text seamlessly with my Apple Pencil Pro. Exporting and sharing the final product via AirDrop to friends was quick and easy, making the entire process efficient.

Testing the iPad Pro’s capabilities for work has been impressive. The combination of iPadOS, powerful apps, and the Magic Keyboard has made content creation and editing a breeze. Everything is seamlessly synced with the iCloud ecosystem, ensuring my work is accessible across all my devices.

The redesigned Magic Keyboard has become my favourite accessory. It’s thinner and more portable, with an aluminium palm rest, and a larger glass trackpad with haptic feedback. Typing and navigation feel more comfortable and precise, making it ideal for everything from drafting documents to editing videos.

The iPad Pro, combined with the Magic Keyboard and the latest iPadOS, has become a formidable alternative to my MacBook, especially when I’m on the go. Its portability, powerful performance, and versatile connectivity options, including Thunderbolt and Wi-Fi 6E, make it perfect for both work and creativity.
