Packing a punch despite its size, the R1 MK4 was launched by the award winning Ruark Audio. Meant for music lovers who prefer a small yet stylish music player, the R1 MK4 can deliver a dynamic performance akin to large speakers with its 1.5kg weight.
Modern, timeless design
With its smaller frame, users can easily place it around their homes without the fear of it being bulky and obstructive. Coming in both Light Cream or Espresso acoustically inert housing finish, the R1 MK4 is complimented with a luxurious hand-crafted slatted wood grille. The OLED display showcases the time, alarm, and programme information and automatically adjusts its brightness to suit ambient light levels.
Users can control the volume in two ways. Either by using Ruark’s trademark RotoDial control system or to use a compact remote control for those who prefer to control the speaker from a distance.
Dynamic audio performance
The R1 MK4 joins the Ruark Audio’s trademark luxury sound systems with its class leading sound with adaptive equaliser and a linear amplifier from the Ruark’s NaturalSound+ driver. These create a natural and lifelike soundstage by closely reproducing songs the way they were recorded.

Priced at $499, the R1 MK4 will be available in Espresso and Rich Cream colours at Musica at Ion, Challenger at Bugis and IStudio at Great World City. It will also be available online at Krishop, Lazada and Shopee.
