Hublot and celebrated Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto have once again joined forces to explore the artistic possibilities of black with the launch of the new Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo. Limited to just 300 pieces worldwide, the latest collaboration marks the fourth partnership between the Swiss watchmaker and the fashion icon since their first project in 2020.
More than simply a new watch, the Classic Fusion All Black Camo represents a shared philosophy between two brands that have built their reputations on challenging convention. For both Hublot and Yohji Yamamoto, black is not merely a colour but a design language—one that emphasises form, texture and emotion over ornamentation.

The new timepiece introduces the collaboration’s signature aesthetic to the Classic Fusion collection for the first time. Encased in a 42mm matte black ceramic case, the watch embraces Hublot’s renowned “All Black” concept, first introduced in 2006, where visibility is shaped not by colour but by the interplay of light, shadow and material.
At the centre of the design is a distinctive black-on-black camouflage dial. Rather than employing traditional military-inspired camouflage colours, Yohji Yamamoto reinterprets the pattern through subtle tonal contrasts and textures. The result is a dynamic visual effect that shifts under changing light conditions, revealing depth and movement while maintaining an understated monochrome appearance.

The collaboration reflects the creative parallels between the two brands. Hublot revolutionised Swiss watchmaking with its “Art of Fusion” philosophy, combining unconventional materials and innovative craftsmanship. Similarly, Yohji Yamamoto disrupted fashion norms when he debuted his all-black collections in Paris in 1981, challenging traditional notions of luxury and beauty with silhouettes that prioritised structure and individuality.
Powering the Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo is the automatic MHUB1110 movement, visible through a smoked sapphire caseback that preserves the watch’s mysterious monochromatic aesthetic while offering a glimpse of its mechanical heart. The skeletonised rotor can be seen through the tinted crystal, adding another layer of depth to the design.

The strap further reinforces the collaboration’s blend of fashion and watchmaking. Combining fabric and rubber, it reflects Yamamoto’s emphasis on texture and tailoring while incorporating the technical durability expected from a Hublot timepiece. Every detail has been carefully considered, including the presentation box, which features Yohji Yamamoto’s signature as part of a specially designed All Black collector’s package.
The Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo is available now through selected Hublot boutiques, authorised retailers and Hublot’s online store. With only 300 pieces produced worldwide, the timepiece stands as a rare collector’s item that celebrates the enduring appeal of black in both haute horlogerie and avant-garde fashion.
