Garmin is marking World Sleep Day with a playful twist, unveiling a new collection of Pokémon Sleep–themed watch faces designed to make tracking rest and energy levels more engaging than ever.
Available now for free via the Connect IQ™ Store, the watch faces are compatible with a wide range of Garmin smartwatches, including the fēnix, Forerunner, Venu and vívoactive series.
A fun way to visualise energy levels
The new watch faces integrate with Garmin’s Body Battery™ feature, which monitors energy levels throughout the day. As users go about their routines, the Pokémon displayed on the watch face dynamically change expressions and poses—appearing lively and cheerful when energy is high, and sleepy or fatigued as levels dip.
This interactive element transforms health tracking into a more intuitive and visually engaging experience, blending wellness data with familiar Pokémon characters.
Two themed watch faces to choose from
Garmin users can select between two distinct designs:
● “Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax & Friends” – featuring beloved Pokémon such as Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu and Snorlax gathered on Greengrass Isle.
● “Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You” – offering a more personalised touch, allowing users to select one Pokémon from a lineup of 48 options.
Built-in bedtime support
To encourage healthier sleep habits, the watch faces include a night mode that automatically activates 1.5 hours before the user’s scheduled bedtime, as set in the Garmin Connect™ app.
This subtle transition serves as a reminder to wind down and prepare for rest.
Integration with Pokémon Sleep app
In addition to the new watch faces, select Garmin devices now support compatibility with the Pokémon Sleep mobile app.
Users can sync their sleep data, allowing them to track sleep patterns while engaging with the app’s gamified experience—discovering Pokémon sleep styles and growing Snorlax based on their rest quality.
Expanding personalisation through Connect IQ
The Connect IQ Store continues to be Garmin’s hub for device customisation, offering thousands of downloadable apps, watch faces and services.
