SHARP has unveiled its new SJ-RF Series of 2-door refrigerators in Singapore, headlined by the flagship SJ-RF47E Plasmacluster Refrigerator, designed to deliver trusted freshness, flexible storage and modern aesthetics for today’s households.
Building on the success of its Plasmacluster Ion Technology — with over 100 million units sold worldwide — and its position as the No.1 refrigeration appliance brand in ASEAN, SHARP’s latest range reinforces its long-standing commitment to freshness and peace of mind.
Flagship Model with Generous Capacity and Stylish Options
Anchoring the new series, the SJ-RF47E offers the largest capacity in the line-up at 469 litres, making it ideal for families and modern kitchens. Designed in Japan, the refrigerator combines generous storage space, advanced cooling technologies and refined aesthetics within a practical 2-door format.
Consumers can choose from five contemporary colours — Dark Silver, Silver, White, Blue and Pink — allowing the refrigerator to complement different home interiors.
At the heart of the SJ-RF47E is SHARP’s Plasmacluster Ion Technology, a globally recognised innovation proven to eliminate 99% of airborne bacteria and 97% of airborne mould, helping to maintain a cleaner internal storage environment.

The configurable Mega Freezer maximises usable space while maintaining easy access. Its counter-depth design allows users to reach items stored at the back effortlessly, while vertical storage options and a portable ice maker support everything from bulk grocery storage to daily meal planning.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are stored in the Moisture Shield vegetable compartment, which features a large capacity and a 25cm-wide opening. Designed to retain moisture and reduce dehydration, it supports better freshness management while ensuring easy daily access.
For meat and seafood, the Extra Cool Plus 2-Way Fresh Room maintains temperatures at approximately 2°C, allowing ingredients to be stored at lower temperatures without the need for defrosting. Smooth-glide rollers ensure effortless access even when fully stocked.
The refrigerator also features Express Freezing, capable of freezing food and ice up to 30% faster. This helps minimise temperature fluctuations while speeding up ice production for daily convenience.
