Xiaomi has unveiled its new Xiaomi 17T Series smartphones in Singapore, alongside a broad expansion of its smart ecosystem with eight new wearable, audio and home appliances designed to deliver a more connected lifestyle experience. The launch introduces the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro, marking the first time the company’s popular T Series arrives in two distinct sizes while bringing flagship-level Leica imaging capabilities across the lineup.
Alongside the smartphones, Xiaomi also announced the Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm, Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro, Xiaomi Buds 6, REDMI Watch 6, REDMI Headphones Neo, Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 9kg, Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro and Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50.
Xiaomi 17T Series Brings Leica Telephoto Imaging to More Users
Leading the announcement is the Xiaomi 17T Series, which combines Leica-powered photography, large batteries and advanced eye-care displays in a refined flagship design.
For the first time in the T Series, both the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro feature a Leica 5x telephoto camera capable of capturing detailed 50MP images with optical image stabilisation. The system supports close-range macro photography from just 30cm away, 10x optical-grade zoom and up to 120x AI Ultra Zoom, giving users greater flexibility across a wide range of shooting scenarios.
The triple-camera setup is anchored by a 50MP Leica main camera, paired with an ultra-wide lens and enhanced by Leica Summilux optics. Xiaomi says the larger sensors and wide apertures enable improved dynamic range, detail retention and natural background blur.
The Xiaomi 17T Pro further raises the bar with the series’ first 4K 60fps cinematic telephoto recording, allowing users to capture professional-looking footage with natural bokeh effects.
Leica Live Moment Adds Motion and Emotion
A major new feature introduced with the Xiaomi 17T Series is Leica Live Moment, designed to capture not just a single frame but the movement and emotion leading up to it.
The feature records dynamic moments across all rear camera focal lengths while maintaining Leica’s signature visual style. Users can also create collages from multiple captured moments and apply exclusive Leica watermarks.
Leica Live Portrait extends the concept further with natural motion-enhanced portrait photography.
Exclusive to the Xiaomi 17T Pro is Live Cinematography, which enables Ultra-HD Live Moment recording in 4K and introduces creative zoom effects for more cinematic storytelling.
Eye-Care Displays and Massive Batteries
The Xiaomi 17T Series also debuts Xiaomi Vision Care, an advanced display system designed to reduce eye strain through intelligent management of blue light, flicker and motion blur.
The series is the first to receive TÜV Rheinland quadruple eye-care certification alongside Xiaomi’s first TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care certification.
Both devices feature vibrant 1.5K AMOLED displays with up to 3,500 nits peak brightness. The Xiaomi 17T offers a compact 6.59-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the larger Xiaomi 17T Pro features a 6.83-inch display capable of reaching 144Hz.
Battery life receives a substantial upgrade as well. The Xiaomi 17T Pro packs a massive 7,000mAh battery, the largest ever fitted to an international Xiaomi smartphone, while the Xiaomi 17T houses a sizeable 6,500mAh battery.
Fast charging is supported through 100W wired and 50W wireless HyperCharge on the Pro model, while the standard model supports 67W HyperCharge.
Powering the devices are MediaTek’s latest flagship chipsets, with the Xiaomi 17T Pro featuring the 3nm Dimensity 9500 and the Xiaomi 17T equipped with the Dimensity 8500-Ultra processor.
Expanding the Xiaomi Ecosystem
Beyond smartphones, Xiaomi significantly expanded its ecosystem portfolio with a range of new wearable and smart home products.
Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm
Designed for users seeking a premium smartwatch experience, the Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm features a stainless-steel frame, a bright 1.48-inch AMOLED display with up to 2,500 nits brightness and up to 21 days of battery life.
It supports more than 150 sports modes, enhanced heart-rate tracking and advanced sleep monitoring developed in collaboration with international sleep research organisations.
Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro
The latest fitness band combines a slim 9.7mm profile with a 1.74-inch AMOLED display and up to 21 days of battery life.
Health tracking has been upgraded with more accurate heart-rate monitoring, advanced sleep analysis, and women’s health features through a partnership with the Clue health platform.
Xiaomi Buds 6
Xiaomi’s latest flagship semi-in-ear earbuds feature an 11mm triple-magnet dynamic driver, support for Qualcomm aptX Lossless audio, Harman-tuned sound profiles and adaptive noise cancellation.
They also introduce compatibility with both Apple’s Find My network and Google’s Find Hub, making it easier for users to locate misplaced earbuds.
REDMI Watch 6 and REDMI Headphones Neo
The REDMI Watch 6 offers a large 2.07-inch AMOLED display, up to 24 days of battery life and comprehensive health monitoring features.
The REDMI Headphones Neo become Xiaomi’s first over-ear headphones, delivering Hi-Res Audio certification, active noise cancellation and up to 72 hours of playback time.
Smarter Living at Home
Xiaomi’s smart home ambitions are also reflected in the launch of the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 9kg and two new robot vacuums.
The washer dryer combines washing and drying in a single appliance with AI-powered laundry management, steam hygiene modes and over 30 washing programmes. Users can remotely control the machine through the Xiaomi Home app and benefit from continuous over-the-air updates.
For home cleaning, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro delivers up to 15,000Pa suction power, intelligent obstacle avoidance and a fully automated docking station that handles dust collection, mop washing and drying.
The more affordable Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 offers up to 10,000Pa suction, automatic mop washing and up to 75 days of dust storage capacity. Both models integrate with the Xiaomi Home app and support voice control through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi 17T starts at S$799, while the Xiaomi 17T Pro starts at S$999. Customers who pre-order between 28 May and 4 June 2026 will receive a complimentary REDMI Pad 2 9.7 worth S$209, while open sales promotions include a free REDMI Headphones Neo.
