Hublot is writing the third chapter in the story of its Essential Grey collection with the 2024 release of two Classic Fusion models in a radiant grey, available exclusively online. This collection has become a hallmark of the Hublot year, eagerly anticipated by collectors who strive to obtain every consecutive vintage.
The Essential Grey collection is known for its exclusivity: a single model, a single colour, released once a year and sold through a single channel. The 2024 release continues this tradition, offering two new Classic Fusion pieces, each crafted with a 100% titanium case and bezel, available in 42 mm and 45 mm sizes.
The Classic Fusion model was chosen this year to highlight Hublot’s dedication to its foundational designs. These models are not only disruptive but also pay homage to Hublot’s legacy as a leading watch manufacturer. The new Classic Fusion Essential Grey models feature the iconic integrated bracelet, satin-finished bezel with six H-shaped screws, exclusive textured rubber strap, and a sunray-finished dial with three central hands and a discreet date window.
In keeping with Hublot’s attention to detail, the two models are fitted with calibres adapted to their sizes. The 42 mm Classic Fusion Essential Grey houses the HUB1110 calibre, which is just 3.61 mm thick, while the 45 mm version is powered by the HUB1112 movement, measuring 4.26 mm. Despite the differences in size, both models maintain mechanical excellence with a power reserve of 42 hours.
The Classic Fusion Essential Grey models are available exclusively online, adding a layer of exclusivity to an already coveted collection.
With the release of these new models, collectors who have managed to acquire the previous Essential Grey pieces, including the Big Bang Unico and the Spirit of Big Bang, can now complete their set, adding another chapter to the legacy of Hublot’s Essential Grey collection.
