A Legacy Half A Decade In The Making
Development on Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age began in 2013, but the game was released in Japan only in 2017. And now the rest of the world get to join in the story too! Well, later this year, but still.
Dragon Quest XI is the eleventh mainline entry in a critically acclaimed series. From the response its garnered in its Japanese audience so far, it more than holds up to its predecessors. Its production credits include familiar names like series creator Yuji Horii, character designer Akira Toriyama, and series composer Koichi Sugiyama.
New Enhancements, Same Immersion
Dragon Quest XI features a beautifully detailed world, finely tuned turn-based combat, and an immersive story that will appeal to both longtime fans and franchise newcomers alike. Newcomers don’t even have to worry about catching up on the previous ten main games its various spinoffs.
