ROG Unveils Next-Gen Zephyrus G14 and G16 Gaming Laptops in Singapore

Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced a new generation of Zephyrus G14 and G16 gaming laptops in Singapore, bringing together next-generation performance, ultra-portable design and immersive display technology. Designed for gamers, creators and professionals, the latest lineup pushes the boundaries of what a thin-and-light gaming laptop can achieve.

At the heart of the new Zephyrus series is a significant leap in processing power. Both the G14 and G16 are powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 processors, paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series laptop GPUs based on the new Blackwell architecture. This combination enables high-performance gaming, advanced content creation and AI-driven workflows. With up to 50 TOPs of NPU performance, users can run AI models locally, supporting emerging use cases such as in-game AI enhancements and productivity tools.

The Zephyrus G14 also offers an AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor option, further expanding flexibility for users who prefer AMD’s AI-enabled platform. Both models are certified as Copilot+ PCs, signalling their readiness for the next wave of AI-powered computing.

Despite the performance gains, portability remains a defining feature. The Zephyrus G14 weighs just 1.5kg, while the G16 comes in at under 2kg, making both machines easy to carry for work or play. Their CNC-milled aluminium chassis delivers a premium feel, complemented by refined colour options such as Platinum White and Eclipse Grey. A newly upgraded Slash Lighting array on the lid, now with 35 zones, allows for greater customisation and dynamic visual effects.

Display technology also takes a major step forward. Equipped with ROG Nebula HDR OLED panels, the new laptops deliver exceptional image quality with up to 1100 nits peak brightness and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification. The G14 features a 3K 120Hz display, while the G16 offers a 2.5K 240Hz panel, both with ultra-fast 0.2ms response times and 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage. These specifications ensure vibrant visuals, smooth motion and colour accuracy suitable for both gaming and professional creative work.

Thermal performance has also been enhanced with ROG Intelligent Cooling, featuring improved ventilation and optimised exhaust design to keep temperatures low and noise levels controlled even under heavy workloads. Connectivity is equally comprehensive, with dual USB-C ports, HDMI 2.1, USB-A ports, card readers and support for the latest WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 standards, ensuring a versatile mobile workstation setup.

Audio and usability have not been overlooked. A six-speaker system delivers immersive sound, while features such as an ambient light sensor and upgraded EasyLift hinge enhance the everyday user experience. Whether at a gaming event or in a professional setting, the Zephyrus lineup is designed to adapt seamlessly.

The new ROG Zephyrus G14 and ROG Zephyrus G16 models will be available for pre-order from 17 April 2026, with prices starting from S$5,699 for the G14 and going from S$7,599 for higher-end G16 configurations.
