At CES 2026, Lenovo set out its boldest vision yet for the future of Hybrid AI at Tech World, unveiling a sweeping portfolio of personalised, perceptive and proactive AI innovations that span personal devices, enterprise infrastructure and real-world industry applications. Presented during an immersive keynote at Sphere in Las Vegas, Lenovo demonstrated how AI is evolving from a tool into a deeply integrated personal and organisational partner, securely uniting on-device, private and public AI models to deliver what it calls “Smarter AI for All.

Central to this vision is Lenovo and Motorola Qira, a unified personal AI super agent designed to work seamlessly across PCs, smartphones, tablets and wearables. With user permission, Qira perceives context, learns from shared information and takes coordinated actions across devices and services, bringing Lenovo’s “one AI, multiple devices” philosophy to life. Built as a Personal Ambient Intelligence System, Qira turns insights into action, helping users move smoothly from intent to execution wherever they are, while maintaining strong privacy and security controls.

Lenovo also expanded its AI-native device lineup, announcing a new generation of Aura Edition AI PCs co-engineered with Intel and powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. The refreshed portfolio includes ThinkPad X1 and X1 2-in-1 Aura Edition laptops for business users, Yoga Series Aura Edition consumer PCs, and new all-in-one desktops designed for both commercial and home environments. Features such as Smart Modes, Smart Share and Smart Care showcase how AI can dynamically tune performance, simplify cross-device sharing and provide proactive device support, reinforcing Lenovo’s push toward more adaptive and personalised computing experiences.

On the mobile front, Motorola introduced two new flagship AI smartphones: the Motorola Razr fold, featuring an expansive 8.1-inch display and advanced creator tools, and the premium Motorola Signature, which boasts four 50MP AI-powered cameras and long-term software support. Lenovo also revealed a special Motorola Razr FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition, reflecting its deepening partnership with FIFA and its ambition to blend AI-driven technology with global sporting experiences.

Looking beyond commercial products, Lenovo showcased a series of visionary proofs of concept that reimagine how people may interact with AI in the future. These included rollable display concepts for ThinkPad and Legion laptops, AI-powered smart glasses, an intelligent display hub, and Project Kubit, a Personal AI Hub concept built on NVIDIA Grace Blackwell architecture. Together, these concepts highlighted Lenovo’s belief in agentic AI systems that are always available, context-aware and capable of orchestrating tasks across multiple devices and environments.
Enterprise AI was another major focus, with Lenovo unveiling what it described as the industry’s most comprehensive inferencing-optimised server portfolio. New ThinkSystem and ThinkEdge servers are designed to bring AI inferencing closer to where data is generated, from data centres to the edge, supporting workloads across manufacturing, healthcare, finance, retail and telecommunications. Combined with Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage and new Lenovo Agentic AI Services, organisations are offered a practical path to deploy governed, production-ready AI agents in as little as 90 days.

Lenovo also highlighted the real-world impact of its AI technologies through collaborations in entertainment and sports. As an Official Technology Partner of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, Lenovo showcased Football AI Pro, a multi-agent system capable of analysing millions of data points to deliver insights for players, coaches and fans. In Formula 1®, Lenovo announced the deployment of Neptune Liquid Cooling technology to support broadcast innovation while advancing sustainability goals, underscoring how Hybrid AI can drive performance beyond traditional computing use cases.

Taken together, Lenovo’s announcements at Tech World @ CES 2026 paint a picture of an AI ecosystem that is deeply personal yet broadly scalable, capable of adapting to individual needs while transforming industries at scale. By combining intelligent model orchestration, AI-native devices and powerful inferencing infrastructure, Lenovo is positioning Hybrid AI as a foundational layer for the next era of human creativity, productivity and connection.
