ASUS has officially announced the launch of the Ascent GX10, a groundbreaking personal AI supercomputer designed to bring petaflop-scale AI performance to developers, researchers, and data scientists. Available starting 15 October 2025, the Ascent GX10 combines cutting-edge NVIDIA hardware with an advanced software stack to deliver unprecedented power in a desktop form factor.
Compact Design, Monumental Power
At the heart of the Ascent GX10 lies the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, featuring a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU paired with a NVIDIA Blackwell GPU. Together, they deliver up to 1 petaflop of AI performance and support 128GB of unified memory, enabling smooth handling of models with up to 200 billion parameters — all within a sleek 150 x 150 x 51mm chassis.
Despite its size, the GX10 is built for serious AI development. It supports the NVIDIA AI Software Stack, providing developers with all the tools they need for training, inference, and model fine-tuning across domains such as robotics, computer vision, and vision-language models (VLMs).
Designed for Scalability and Efficiency
For users who demand more, the GX10’s scalable design allows dual-unit pairing via NVIDIA ConnectX-7 networking, instantly doubling power to 2 petaflops with up to 256GB of unified memory. Its precision-engineered thermal design — featuring seven-level fan control, five heat pipes, and twin 140 x 80mm fans — delivers 1.6x more efficient cooling compared to similar compact systems, ensuring stable performance during intensive workloads.
Storage flexibility is another hallmark of the system. Customers can choose between 1TB, 2TB, or 4TB NVMe PCIe SSD configurations, catering to projects of varying scale — from entry-level testing to full-scale AI model development.
