Samsung has unveiled its newest Smart Monitor line-up, led by the flagship Smart Monitor M9 (M90SF model), which introduces OLED technology to the series for the first time. The updated line-up also includes the Smart Monitor M8 (M80F model) and Smart Monitor M7 (M70F model), both equipped with upgraded AI features. Designed to support users who seamlessly shift between work, entertainment, and play, the new monitors combine smart functionality with premium display technologies to deliver an all-in-one experience.
The highlight of the series is the Smart Monitor M9, which features a 32-inch 4K OLED display that offers exceptional colour vibrancy, deep contrast, and wide viewing angles. Ideal for both productivity and entertainment, the M9 delivers immersive visuals powered by Samsung’s OLED Safeguard+ technology, which uses a proprietary cooling system to reduce the risk of screen burn-in. Its Glare-Free panel ensures comfortable viewing even in brightly lit environments, making it suitable for diverse usage scenarios.
Under the hood, the M9 is driven by a suite of AI-powered enhancements. These include AI Picture Optimiser and 4K AI Upscaling Pro, which automatically improve image quality based on the content being viewed. Audio performance is also optimised with Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) Pro, which adjusts sound clarity depending on ambient noise levels. The M9’s 165Hz refresh rate, ultra-fast 0.03ms response time, and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility make it a solid choice for gamers seeking smooth and responsive performance. The monitor’s minimalist slim metal frame also adds a sleek touch to any setup.
In addition to its impressive hardware, the M9 functions as a smart entertainment hub, providing built-in access to streaming platforms and Samsung TV Plus. Its Pantone Validated certification ensures accurate colour reproduction, with over 2,100 colours and more than 110 skin tones from the Pantone library. This makes the M9 a reliable option for creative professionals and content creators who demand visual accuracy.
The Smart Monitor M8 and M7 models extend the smart experience to a wider audience. Both models feature 32-inch 4K UHD screens with vibrant VA panel technology, and the M7 is also available in a larger 43-inch version. These monitors come with built-in AI-powered tools such as Click to Search, which allows users to interact with content and retrieve information effortlessly. The Tizen OS Home interface further enhances user convenience by personalising content recommendations and streamlining access to frequently used inputs.
To support long-term usability, Samsung has committed to offering up to seven years of One UI Tizen updates for the new Smart Monitor range. All models are compatible with SmartThings for seamless device integration and support Multi Control and Multi View features, allowing users to work or relax with more flexibility. Integrated access to Microsoft 365 enables users to create and edit documents directly from the monitor, even without a connected PC.
The 2025 Smart Monitor line-up is now available in Singapore at the Samsung Online Store, Samsung’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee, and leading consumer electronics retailers.
The recommended retail prices are S$698 for the 32-inch M7, S$898 for the 43-inch M7, S$1,188 for the M8, and S$2,488 for the flagship M9.
