Republic of Gamers (ROG) has introduced a striking new collaboration with KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS: the ROG Flow Z13 KJP, a limited-edition gaming tablet designed for players who see gaming as both art and exploration. Blending cutting-edge hardware with the creative philosophy behind Death Stranding, the device brings together technology, storytelling and design in one distinctive machine.

At the heart of this partnership lies the concept of “Ludens.” In Kojima Productions’ philosophy, Ludens represents the evolution of humans as players and creators, not just thinkers. ROG’s long-standing motto, For Those Who Dare, fits naturally with this idea, making the Flow Z13 KJP a tribute to gamers who experiment, build and push the boundaries of what gaming can be.
A Design Inspired by Ludens
The ROG Flow Z13 KJP is not just a gaming device but also a design statement. The machine draws visual inspiration from the Ludens character, created by legendary artist Yoji Shinkawa, known for his work on the Metal Gear and Death Stranding series.

The tablet’s chassis features angular cut-outs on a CNC-milled aluminium body combined with carbon fibre elements, giving it a futuristic and industrial aesthetic. According to Shinkawa, the goal was to create a device that felt like a tool belonging to Ludens itself.
The package goes further than just the hardware, including custom packaging, a dedicated carrying case, a customised power adapter and an exclusive Armoury Crate theme designed specifically for this collaboration.
Powerful Hardware in a Portable 2-in-1
Beyond its design, the Flow Z13 KJP is engineered to deliver serious performance in a compact form factor. The device runs on the AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 processor, pairing 16 Zen 5 CPU cores with 40 RDNA 3.5 GPU compute units on a single chip. This integrated architecture allows the system to handle demanding gaming and creative workloads while remaining portable.

One of the standout features is its unified memory architecture, with up to 128GB of LPDDR5X memory shared dynamically between the CPU and GPU. Unlike traditional systems that split memory resources, this setup enables the system to allocate memory where it is needed most, improving performance in both gaming and content creation.

The processor also includes an AI engine capable of up to 50 TOPS of performance, allowing the tablet to run large language models locally for AI-assisted productivity tasks.

For visuals, the Flow Z13 KJP features a 13.4-inch 2.5K ROG Nebula Display with a 180Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness and full DCI-P3 colour coverage, making it suitable not only for gaming but also for content creation and visual work.
The detachable keyboard transforms the device into a flexible 2-in-1 system, letting users switch between laptop and tablet modes easily.
Built for Gamers and Creators
ROG designed the Flow Z13 KJP to support both play and creativity. With its high refresh rate display, strong GPU performance and compact form factor, the device can handle modern PC games while remaining portable enough to carry anywhere.

Connectivity features include USB4 ports with DisplayPort support, HDMI 2.1, a microSD card reader, and Wi-Fi 7, ensuring fast data transfer and compatibility with external displays or accessories. Dolby Atmos audio and AI noise-cancelling microphones further enhance the experience for both gaming and streaming.
Bundled With Death Stranding 2
To complete the collaboration, every ROG Flow Z13 KJP comes bundled with a Steam code for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. The game, previously associated primarily with consoles, is making its way to PC, giving players a chance to experience the next chapter of Kojima’s story on high-performance hardware.

After the device is set up, users will receive a notification in Armoury Crate guiding them through the process of claiming the Steam code. The PC version of the game is scheduled to become available for download from 19 March 2026, depending on the final release schedule.
Availability in Singapore
The ROG Flow Z13 KJP (GZ302EAC) will be available now, priced at S$5,699. It will be sold through the ROG Experience Store at Bugis, the ASUS Online Store and authorised retailers across the country.
