As part of the SG60 Heart&Soul Experience, Singaporeans can now step through the Windows of Time – an interactive photo booth campaign that celebrates community connections while giving back to society. Organised by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) and the National Library Board (NLB), in partnership with Tote Board and Singapore Pools, the initiative pledges $1 for every photo taken at the booths, up to $500,000, with funds going towards mental wellness charities through Community Chest.

The Windows of Time booths offer more than just photo-taking. Conceptualised as visual gateways into Singapore’s evolving story across its past, present and future, they invite Singaporeans to pause, reflect, and capture a symbolic pledge towards a kinder, more inclusive tomorrow. Proceeds will support Children’s Aid Society, Club HEAL, Mindfull Community Limited, and the Singapore Association for Mental Health, ensuring every snapshot contributes directly to meaningful causes.

From now until 31 December 2025, the photo booths will be open at four key locations: Punggol Regional Library, Jurong Regional Library, Orchard Central (Level 1 atria), and the Singapore Pools Building (Lobby). The installations will run daily during designated opening hours, offering accessibility to communities across Singapore.

Leaders from partnering organisations have emphasised the importance of this collaboration. Ng Cher Pong, CEO of NLB, highlighted that the booths extend the spirit of SG60 Heart&Soul beyond Orchard Library, transforming moments of connection into tangible support for charities.

Complementing the booths, Singaporeans can also catch the Windows of Time short film, which follows a woman on a magical time-travelling journey through Singapore’s iconic windows into imagined futures. This film, now airing on television, digital, and social platforms, mirrors the immersive storytelling that awaits at the flagship Heart&Soul showcase at Orchard Library.

The campaign also extends to bus stops, buses, and digital billboards nationwide, offering glimpses of life in the next 60 years and beyond.

With its blend of technology, creativity, and compassion, Windows of Time captures the essence of SG60 – honouring the nation’s shared journey while inspiring Singaporeans to look ahead together.
