Dell has launched a new range of Latitude and Precision commercial laptops, providing users with an intelligent personalisation experience. These advancements continue to support a collaborative work-from-anywhere environment, catering to different demands and needs.
Designed for executives, salespeople and consultants, the Latitude 9440 2-in-1 comes with a world-first haptic collaboration touchpad. The 2-in-1 includes machined aluminium for a premium look and feel, and a stunning new keyboard with wider keys with no gaps, known as zero-lattice, that makes all-day working comfortably. Dell has updated its thermal design to rear venting dual-fan systems for a cool and quiet experience.
The Latitude 7340/7440 Ultralights are the world’s smallest and lightest 14” and 13.3” premium commercial laptops for maximum productivity alongside mobility. Both start at just under/over 1kg – they are surprisingly light yet durable. Dell has not sacrificed features either – they each have a 16:10 display and 5MP camera for a productive workspace with mobile convenience. The new “river” colour, a blue/grey blend, offers a premium and modern look. The Latitude 7000 series is also available in 13”, 14” and new 16” aluminium options. Users can work efficiently with the enhanced features of an enlarged touchpad, and high-quality top and bottom firing speakers.
For the creators and engineers, the new Precision 5680 workstation has the smallest footprint in the world for a 16” workstation, offering even more power and immersive experiences. The specs are impressive: up to Intel CoreTM i9 (45W) and up to 64GB of DDR5 memory with NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU. Users will benefit from the crisp 16:10, 3-sided InfinityEdge display, haptic trackpad for quick and responsive feedback, four grade A audio speakers, up to UHD+ PremierColor display and FHD IR camera with proximity and ambient light sensor.
With discrete graphics providing a whole lot of power, cooling is a must for the Precision 5680. Dell added its patented Dual Opposite Outlet fan technology so the system can handle complex workflows and intensive applications.
Dell has also updated its broader Dell Precision portfolio – from the entry-level 3000 Series mobile workstations to its most powerful Precision 7000 Series tower, rack, and mobile workstations.
Last year, Dell introduced a 14″ workstation that delivered unrivalled power. This year, the
Precision 5480 features performance improvements from processor to graphics card and
beyond. But it doesn’t stop there – Dell has added a 16″ mobile workstation to its 5000 Series line-up. The Precision 5680 has the smallest 16” footprint in the world, 5 but packs an amazing punch, with up to Intel CoreTM i9 (45W), and up to 64GB of DDR5 memory with the NVIDIA RTXTM 5000 Ada graphics Generation Laptop GPU. It offers even more power and immersive experiences with the 16:10 display and up to UHD+ with PremierColor in a stylish, lightweight package.
Three decades of continuous desktop innovation have led Dell to a new OptiPlex portfolio. Dell has listened to customer feedback and it is now easier than ever to configure, purchase and manage – it has simplified the portfolio so customers can quickly identify the system based on workspace and performance needs. For example, select between space-conscious designs and minimalist desk set-ups with a range of performance options, or prioritise the expandability and performance of a desktop tower.
