Swiss watchmaker Hublot has teamed up with Premier League 2016/2017 champions Chelsea FC once again. The Big Bang Chelsea FC follows after its successful predecessor, the Classic Fusion Chronograph Chelsea FC. It launched last week at nowhere else but the home of “The Blues”, Stamford Bridge.

Both the iconic Swiss watch company and the globally recognized football club are associated with quality, tradition, and the pursuit of excellence in everything they do. The Big Bang Chelsea FC is the second watch created in this partnership, and promises to deliver more of these qualities.
At the event, Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot, emphasised the strong connection between Hublot and Chelsea FC. He also wished Chelsea FC all the best for the 17/18 Premier League season, and the UEFA Champions League.
Hublot was the first luxury brand to invest in football in 2006, and serves as the Official Timekeeper of both the Confederation Cup and the World up, as well as the Official Watch of the FIFA World Cup. This collaboration with Chelsea only reinforces the brand’s love of football.
Wearing Your Heart On Your Wrist
There are only 200 pieces created for the Big Bang Chelsea FC, keeping it exclusive for the most ardent fans. It features a 44mm stainless steel case and a bezel made of carbon fiber and blue Texalium. Its blue sunray dial includes three counters at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, with the last one engraved with “SW6”. Fans will recognise this as the Fulham postcode where Stamford Bridge. What better way to show your loyalty to your football club than to wear its home address on your wrist?
The Big Bang Chelsea FC is powered by a self-winding chronograph, and has a 42-hour power reserve. The Chelsea lion logo is situated at both 12 o’clock, and on the case back crystal. To put the final touches on the all blue look, the strap comes in rubber and blue alligator, with a stainless steel deployant buckle clasp.
