As Alienware approaches its 30th anniversary this October, the gaming brand is celebrating three decades of pushing gaming technology forward with the launch of three new displays unveiled at Computex 2026. Headlining the lineup is the world’s first 39-inch 5K OLED gaming monitor featuring RGB stripe technology, alongside an upgraded 34-inch QD-OLED ultrawide and a new 34-inch 240Hz curved gaming monitor designed to bring premium performance to a wider audience.
The new portfolio reflects Alienware’s continued focus on delivering cutting-edge visual experiences, combining brighter OLED technology, faster refresh rates, improved text clarity and enhanced gaming immersion across multiple price points.
Alienware 39 5K OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3926QW)
Leading the announcement is the Alienware 39 5K OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3926QW), the company’s most ambitious display to date. Featuring a 39-inch 5120 x 2160 resolution panel with a 1500R curve, it is the world’s first gaming monitor to combine a 5K OLED panel with RGB stripe tandem OLED technology.

The new display technology addresses one of OLED’s longstanding challenges: brightness. By stacking independent red, green and blue OLED layers, the panel achieves peak brightness of up to 1,300 nits while maintaining OLED’s signature deep blacks, rich colours and exceptional contrast. The RGB stripe subpixel layout also improves text sharpness and eliminates the colour fringing often associated with OLED displays.

Designed for both immersive gaming and productivity, the monitor supports a dual-mode setup that allows users to switch between 5K resolution at 165Hz for cinematic gaming experiences and 1080p at 330Hz for competitive esports gameplay. The transition can be made instantly through the monitor’s on-screen display without requiring a restart.

The AW3926QW is also equipped with intelligent pixel management technology to help minimise OLED degradation over time and is backed by a three-year burn-in warranty for added peace of mind.

Additional features include VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, Dolby Vision support, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible certification, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20), HDMI 2.1 FRL with eARC, USB-C connectivity with 90W power delivery and an integrated KVM switch for seamless control of multiple devices.
Alienware 34 280Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (AW3426DW)
Alienware has also refreshed its iconic 34-inch ultrawide QD-OLED monitor with the introduction of the AW3426DW. Building on the success of the original model launched in 2022, the new version incorporates a range of enhancements inspired by community feedback.

The monitor now features a next-generation QD-OLED Penta Tandem panel with a five-stack RGB stripe design, delivering improved brightness, efficiency, lifespan and text clarity. Peak brightness has increased from 1,000 nits to 1,300 nits, while typical brightness rises to 300 nits for improved visibility in everyday environments.

Alienware has also introduced a new anti-reflective coating that reduces glare by up to 30%, helping preserve deep blacks and image quality even in brightly lit rooms.
Performance has also been upgraded, with the refresh rate increasing from 240Hz to 280Hz while retaining the ultra-fast 0.03ms response time. Support for NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro ensures smooth and responsive gameplay across a wide range of titles.

The monitor carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and Dolby Vision support, delivering richer HDR experiences and more vibrant visuals.
Alienware 34 240Hz Gaming Monitor (AW3426DWM)
For gamers looking to upgrade without stepping into flagship territory, Alienware has introduced the AW3426DWM, a 34-inch ultrawide gaming monitor that combines premium gaming features with a more accessible positioning.

The monitor features a 3440 x 1440 WQHD VA panel with a 1500R curve, providing an immersive ultrawide gaming experience. It supports a 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms grey-to-grey response time, helping maintain fluid visuals during fast-paced gameplay.

With modern GPU technologies such as frame generation and AI-powered upscaling becoming increasingly capable, Alienware believes more gamers can now take advantage of higher refresh rate displays without requiring top-tier hardware.
The AW3426DWM supports AMD FreeSync Premium, VESA AdaptiveSync, Dolby Vision and VESA DisplayHDR 400. It also includes TÜV-certified low blue light hardware to help reduce eye strain during extended gaming sessions.

Maintaining Alienware’s latest industrial design language, the monitor features a compact stand, a 360-degree ventilation system and integrated cable management for cleaner desk setups.
