MSI has announced that the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is now available for pre-order through MSI-certified partners in select markets. Powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark, the new 2-in-1 convertible combines up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance and up to 128GB of unified memory with a 16-inch UHD+ Tandem OLED touchscreen, a 360-degree hinge and a bundled MSI Nano Pen.
Designed for AI development, creative work, productivity and entertainment, the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ aims to let users run supported AI workloads locally without relying entirely on cloud services. It combines NVIDIA’s AI computing platform and RTX graphics with the flexibility of a convertible Windows PC, allowing users to switch between laptop, tablet, tent and presentation modes.
NVIDIA RTX Spark Brings AI Workloads On-Device
At the heart of the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is NVIDIA RTX Spark, which combines an NVIDIA Grace CPU with an NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU. With up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance and support for NVIDIA CUDA, the system provides a local computing environment for AI agents, model prototyping, coding and content creation.

By running supported AI workloads directly on the device, users can keep sensitive information on their PC, reduce recurring cloud computing costs and potentially receive faster responses by avoiding network delays. Local AI agents can also help automate tasks, generate creative assets and assist with writing code, allowing users to focus on other aspects of their work.
The laptop also supports NVIDIA Studio and RTX technologies for creative applications and gaming, including ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS and NVIDIA Reflex.

Its compatibility with NVIDIA’s AI software ecosystem is intended to support a broad range of existing AI development tools and workflows.
Up to 128GB of Unified Memory for Demanding Workloads
The Prestige N16 Flip AI+ offers up to 128GB of unified memory shared between its CPU and GPU. This large memory pool is designed to accommodate larger local AI models, complex 3D projects of up to 90GB and high-resolution media, while allowing multiple demanding applications to remain loaded simultaneously.
The system is also designed to deliver responsive performance whether running on battery power or connected to a power outlet. Combined with Windows on Arm, it offers instant-on responsiveness and power-efficient operation, with support for Arm-native applications and familiar Windows software through emulation.
A 99.9Wh battery supports mobile use, allowing users to move between meetings, creative sessions and development work without being constantly tethered to a power outlet. Actual performance and battery life will vary depending on the software, configuration, connectivity and usage.
16-inch UHD+ Tandem OLED Touchscreen for Creators
The Prestige N16 Flip AI+ features a 16-inch UHD+ Tandem OLED touchscreen designed for creative work and entertainment. The display offers peak brightness of more than 1,000 nits, 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, Calman Verification and Delta E less than 1 colour accuracy. Variable refresh rate support also helps deliver smoother motion.
These specifications are intended to support colour-sensitive work such as photo editing, video production and digital illustration, while the OLED panel provides high contrast for viewing films and other content.
The laptop is also designed to take advantage of GPU acceleration in popular creative applications. DaVinci Resolve uses fifth-generation Tensor Cores to accelerate colour grading and AI-powered editing tools, while Blender supports DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction for real-time path tracing in the Cycles viewport.
Adobe Premiere Pro can use the Blackwell architecture’s NVENC and NVDEC engines to accelerate video exports, while ComfyUI supports local diffusion workflows with NVFP4 acceleration for faster video generation.
A Flexible 2-in-1 Design with an Included MSI Nano Pen
Among the first announced wave of Windows laptops powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark, the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ stands out with its convertible design and dedicated pen support.
Its 360-degree hinge lets users switch between laptop, tablet, tent and presentation modes to suit different tasks. The included MSI Nano Pen, provided at no additional cost, supports note-taking, annotation, sketching and other creative work directly on the touchscreen.
The pen features MSI’s patented design and can be stored in a dedicated recess beneath the laptop chassis, where it remains secure and charged when not in use.
For navigation and multitasking, the laptop features an MSI Action Touchpad with a surface area 53% larger than that of the previous generation. Customisable gesture zones provide additional ways to navigate applications and manage workflows.
Other features include a built-in SD card reader for transferring photos and video footage directly from cameras and storage media, as well as a quad-speaker audio system for meetings, collaboration and entertainment.
