Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer has made a commanding return to LVMH Watch Week 2026, unveiling a new generation of Carrera timepieces that reaffirm its leadership in chronograph innovation.
At the heart of its presentation is the debut of the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph. Originally introduced in 1963 by Jack Heuer, the Carrera was designed for professional racing drivers, emphasising clarity, precision, and legibility under pressure.
CARRERA CHRONOGRAPH SEAFARER: A Return to Maritime Roots
Among the standout releases is the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Seafarer, marking a renewed commitment to the brand’s nautical heritage.

Inspired by historic tide-indicator watches developed in the mid-20th century, the Seafarer introduces a sophisticated tide display that tracks high and low tides for specific locations.

Housed in a 42mm steel case, the watch is powered by the in-house TH20-04 calibre, offering an 80-hour power reserve and advanced chronograph functionality. Its dial—highlighted by “Intrepid Teal” accents—pays tribute to the 1967 America’s Cup-winning yacht that influenced early Heuer designs.

The Seafarer represents a seamless blend of maritime functionality and contemporary watchmaking, reviving a niche complication for a new generation of collectors.
The TAG Heuer CARRERA CHRONOGRAPH SEAFARER retails at SGD 12,100.00.
CARRERA GLASSBOX CHRONOGRAPH Evolution Continues
The latest Carrera Chronograph also builds on the success of the 2023 glassbox revival, which reintroduced one of the collection’s most distinctive design elements—a curved sapphire crystal inspired by vintage acrylic forms.

This design enhances the three-dimensional dial architecture, allowing light to interact dynamically with the surface while maintaining the Carrera’s hallmark legibility.

The 41mm release complements the 39mm variant, offering a more versatile option for modern enthusiasts seeking both heritage and presence.
The TAG Heuer CARRERA GLASSBOX CHRONOGRAPH Evolution retails at SGD 10,950.00.
Technical Milestone: CARRERA SPLIT-SECONDS CHRONOGRAPH
Pushing the boundaries of haute horlogerie, TAG Heuer also introduced the Carrera Split-Seconds Chronograph, marking the first time a rattrapante complication appears within the Carrera line.

This highly complex mechanism allows the simultaneous measurement of two separate time intervals—an achievement that underscores TAG Heuer’s deep expertise in chronograph engineering.

Powered by an advanced high-frequency movement and housed in a lightweight titanium case, the watch represents a milestone in the brand’s technical evolution, merging avant-garde engineering with the Carrera’s clean design language.
