At this year’s Geneva Watch Days, Frederique Constant reaffirmed its commitment to both timeless elegance and accessible haute horlogerie with the unveiling of two major additions to its portfolio.
The Manufacture introduced refined new interpretations of its celebrated Classic Perpetual Calendar Manufacture and, for the first time, presented the Classics Premiere in a full steel case-and-bracelet configuration, offering enthusiasts a dual expression of the brand’s design and technical mastery.
The Classic Perpetual Calendar Manufacture returns in three striking new variations, reinforcing Frederique Constant’s pioneering role in making this grand complication more attainable. Two new references feature steel cases paired with sunray dials in blue or silver, while an exclusive 18K yellow gold model with an onyx-black dial is limited to just 37 pieces worldwide.
Each watch houses the in-house FC-776 calibre, an evolution of the Manufacture’s perpetual calendar movement first launched in 2016. With its 72-hour power reserve and intuitive push-button adjustment system, the calibre combines technical sophistication with everyday practicality.
The 40mm case presents a clean and balanced display of the perpetual calendar’s functions—date, day, month, leap year cycle, and moonphase—making the watch a compelling choice for collectors.
Retail prices are set at SGD 52,320 for the gold and onyx model, and SGD 17,740 for the steel versions.
Alongside this, Frederique Constant unveiled the Classics Premiere in a new stainless-steel case-and-bracelet combination, lending a fresh contemporary character to the line’s vintage-inspired codes.
Offered in Blue and Salmon dial, the year’s signature colours, the dials are finely detailed with Arabic numerals in a traditional font, elegant pomme hands, and “railtrack” minute circles, all enhanced by a matte centre and sunray-finished chapter ring. Measuring 38.5mm, the compact case recalls the golden age of Geneva watchmaking, while the five-link steel bracelet offers both fluidity and comfort.
A sapphire caseback reveals the automatic FC-301 calibre, delivering a 68-hour power reserve. Suitable for both men and women, the new Classics Premiere embodies urban elegance with unmistakable Swiss refinement.
The collection retails at SGD 3,660.
Together, these two collections demonstrate Frederique Constant’s ability to balance high watchmaking with accessible luxury.
The Classic Perpetual Calendar Manufacture continues the Maison’s tradition of bringing complications within reach, while the steel Classics Premiere offers a versatile, stylish everyday timepiece.
With these launches, the brand underscores its mission to make fine watchmaking both aspirational and attainable for a new generation of enthusiasts.
