The much-anticipated live-action cinematic for Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred has been released, offering fans a thrilling look into Neyrelle’s perilous journey through Nahantu and her battle with the power of the Soulstone.
Directed by Jon Watts, the visionary behind hit films like the recent Spider-Man trilogy and Wolfs (starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney), this cinematic showcases a gripping blend of dark fantasy and raw emotion. Adding a powerful auditory experience, Camila Cabello, the Latin Grammy Award-winning artist, provides vocals for the hauntingly reimagined title track, ‘Behind Blue Eyes’.
The live-action cinematic is now available for viewing on the Diablo YouTube Channel, giving fans an immersive preview of what’s to come in the expansion.
Jon Watts, an avid Diablo fan, shared his excitement for the project: “I’ve been playing Diablo since I was a teen and know the world well, so when they asked me to direct the project, I was all in.”
Camila Cabello added, “I’m thrilled to bring ‘Behind Blue Eyes’ to Sanctuary in a fresh, new way. We took the brilliant lyrics of the original song and transformed it with the dark tones of Diablo. This classic song perfectly captures Neyrelle’s struggle in Vessel of Hatred, and it’s one that many can relate to. Collaborating with the Diablo team was a legendary experience, and I’m excited for fans to hear how we’ve reimagined a classic.”
Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred launches globally on October 8, and will be available across multiple platforms including Windows® PC via Battle.net, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam. Learn more at Diablo4com
