HUAWEI has recently launched the HUAWEI Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, with Singapore being the first country to get the Pro. Let’s check out why we think the Mate 10 puts all the best functions into one phone.
I Want All the Functions
First off, the Mate 10 uses the very best in camera technology. It’s packed with a Leica Dual SUMMILUX-H lens camera and dual F1.6 aperture lenses. F1.6 is fast becoming the new standard amongst new smartphones like the LG V30+, letting you capture better photos in low-light conditions as well as looking like a damn awesome photographer with the bokeh effect. Of course a Leica camera means that you’re getting the very best hardware, and HUAWEI has always been about its smartphone cameras.
Another cool function is the virtual desktop capability. With a separate USB adapter, you can attach a mouse and keyboard and use your phone’s OS like a desktop computer. This is something we’ve only seen Samsung do, with its Nex port. We’re looking at a future where no one bothers to own a computer anymore, because you can do everything on your phone.
The HUAWEI Mate 10 is also great for lazy couch potatoes, because its infra-red sensor can be used to control home appliances. Imagine this – you’re on your sofa playing Clash Royale with the TV playing in the background. It is showing some annoying programme, but you don’t even have to get up of your couch to pick up the remote to switch the channel. Just tap on your phone and voila.
