At COMPUTEX 2026, GIGABYTE, a leading global computer brand, introduced its latest AI-powered gaming laptop lineup, highlighting multiple models that have earned both the COMPUTEX 2026 Best Choice Award and the Red Dot Design Award.
The showcase also placed strong emphasis on the continued evolution of GiMATE, GIGABYTE’s proprietary AI agent, which has been upgraded to deliver a more seamless and intuitive computing experience across gaming, content creation, and productivity workflows. The featured lineup includes the flagship AORUS MASTER 16, the highly versatile GIGABYTE AERO X16 Copilot+ PC, and the performance-focused GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO, each designed to blend high-end gaming capability with advanced AI acceleration.
A key highlight of the update is the expanded GiMATE ecosystem, which introduces new personalisation and control features aimed at elevating everyday use. The refreshed suite includes RGB Fusion 3.0 with a new RGB Music Mode that dynamically synchronises lighting effects with gameplay or cinematic audio, creating a more immersive experience.
The new AI Visual feature brings scenario-based display optimisation, offering presets such as Cinema, Racing/FPS, and E-Paper modes to match different usage needs. Meanwhile, an upgraded Customise Mode allows users to fine-tune the balance between performance and power efficiency with greater precision and flexibility. In collaboration with NVIDIA, GiMATE Creator also integrates NVIDIA NVFP4 quantisation, improving the efficiency of generative AI workloads on RTX™ 50 Series Laptop GPUs and enabling faster, more practical execution of advanced AI models.
Leading the lineup, the AORUS MASTER 16 stands as the COMPUTEX Best Choice Award-winning flagship, engineered for extreme performance. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen™ 9 9955HX3D processor paired with an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5090 Laptop GPU, delivering top-tier gaming performance and robust AI computing capabilities within an ultra-slim 19mm chassis. The system fully supports the latest GiMATE suite and includes a MUX switch for more direct GPU control, enhancing performance efficiency. To sustain high workloads, the laptop is equipped with WINDFORCE INFINITY EX cooling, capable of supporting up to 230W system power while maintaining stable and low-noise operation during extended gaming or creative sessions.
Alongside the flagship model, GIGABYTE also showcased two award-winning designs. The AERO X16 Copilot+ PC, recipient of the Red Dot Design Award, is equipped with an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5070 Laptop GPU featuring 12GB of VRAM. It is engineered to enhance AAA gaming visuals through DLSS 4.5 while also optimising performance for large language model-based workloads.
Meanwhile, the GAMING A16 PRO targets AI-driven gamers and power users, integrating an RTX™ 5080 Laptop GPU within a sleek 19.45mm chassis that prioritises sustained performance. Its 180-degree lay-flat hinge design further enhances versatility, enabling smooth transitions between high-intensity gaming sessions and collaborative or productivity-focused environments.
