Building on the success of the AV 10 / AMP 10 and AV 20 / AMP 20, these new models deliver unmatched performance, flexibility, and seamless integration across a wide range of system configurations.
Every element of the AV 30 and AMP 30 has been fine-tuned by the Marantz Sound Master to ensure exceptional audio quality, whether you’re enjoying stereo, surround, or immersive sound formats. Both products are designed and manufactured at Marantz’s renowned Shirakawa Audio Works in Japan, reflecting the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and sonic excellence.
Elegant, Modern Design
The AV 30 and AMP 30 feature Marantz’s iconic porthole display alongside a refined, contemporary industrial design.
The fascia plates include selectable side illumination, and the AV 30 sports a fold-down front panel to hide less-used controls, creating a clean, minimalist look rarely seen in AV components. Even the backlit remote has been thoughtfully designed for effortless operation in darkened rooms.
State-of-the-Art Processing and Features
At the heart of the AV 30 is the powerful Analogue Devices SHARC dual-core DSP chipset paired with high-quality 32-bit DACs. This advanced digital platform effortlessly handles everything from high-resolution stereo to the latest immersive audio formats, including Dolby Atmos™, IMAX Enhanced™, DTS: X™, and AURO-3D™.
For optimal sound in any room, the AV 30 incorporates Audyssey MultEQ XT32 for automatic speaker calibration, distance, and level adjustments. Optional Dirac Live, Dirac Bass Control, and Dirac Active Room Treatment (ART) provide further optimisation for multiple speakers and up to four independent subwoofers.
Flexible, Powerful, and Smart
The AV 30 is engineered for versatility, with seven HDMI inputs supporting up to 8K/60Hz or 4K/120Hz video, a high-resolution user interface for easy setup, and multiple analogue and digital inputs for custom installations.
Its discrete HDAM SA-2 preamplifier stage drives up to 11.4 channels via RCA or XLR outputs. Integrated HEOS® technology, along with support for Roon Ready, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, AirPlay 2™, and Bluetooth, ensures seamless streaming and device connectivity.
Clean, Low-Distortion Power
The AMP 30 delivers 200W per channel (8Ω, 1kHz, THD 0.05%) in a slimline, cool-running 6-channel amplifier capable of handling a wide range of speaker layouts. Users can bridge channels for up to 400W output or bi-amp up to three speakers, with both XLR and RCA inputs included.
The AMP 30 is an ideal partner for Marantz systems, whether enhancing front channels of a CINEMA 30 setup or complementing an AV 10 or AV 20 system. It can also integrate seamlessly with the 16-channel AMP 10 or 12-channel AMP 20 for large-scale home theatres.
