Samsung has announced the launch of its latest Galaxy A Series smartphones, the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G, bringing advanced AI capabilities, improved camera systems and long-term software support to more users at accessible price points.
Designed to deliver reliable everyday performance, the new devices reflect Samsung’s push to expand AI-driven experiences across its ecosystem while maintaining a balance of performance, durability and value.
Bringing AI to more users
At the core of the new Galaxy A Series is Samsung’s enhanced Awesome Intelligence, powered by One UI 8.5. The AI suite introduces features aimed at improving productivity and creativity in daily use.
New tools include Voice Transcription, which converts recorded audio into text for easier review, and AI Select, allowing users to extract content or perform actions directly from their screen. Photo editing is also simplified with features like Object Eraser, while the Galaxy A57 5G adds Best Face and Auto Trim for improved group photos and video editing.
Users can also take advantage of Circle to Search with Google for multi-object recognition, alongside upgraded voice assistants like Bixby and Gemini, enabling more intuitive interactions across apps and settings.

The Galaxy A57 5G introduces a slimmer profile with a refined finish and a distinctive triple-camera design, while maintaining a comfortable in-hand feel. Despite its sleek form, it incorporates a larger vapour chamber for sustained performance during demanding tasks.
Improved camera for day and night
Both devices feature a versatile triple-camera system led by a 50MP main sensor, delivering sharp, detailed images across various lighting conditions. Enhanced Nightography ensures clearer photos and videos in low-light environments, while AI-powered scene optimisation improves portraits and background separation.
The Galaxy A57 5G further enhances imaging with faster shutter speeds and improved processing, producing more vibrant results even in challenging lighting.
Smooth performance and immersive display
Powered by upgraded processors, including the Exynos 1580 (A57 5G) and Exynos 1480 (A37 5G), the devices are built for smooth multitasking, streaming and content creation.
Both models feature 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED displays with up to 120Hz refresh rates and Vision Booster for clear viewing indoors and outdoors.
A 5,000mAh battery supports up to two days of use, complemented by fast charging capabilities for added convenience.
Built to last with enhanced durability
Samsung has reinforced durability with IP68 water and dust resistance, ensuring protection against everyday elements. The devices are also designed for longevity, offering up to six generations of Android OS and One UI upgrades, along with six years of security updates.
Security is further strengthened with Samsung Knox Vault, a hardware-based solution that protects sensitive data, alongside features such as Privacy Dashboard, Auto Blocker and Private Sharing.
Availability and pricing in Singapore
The Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G will be available from 10 April 2026 across Samsung’s online and retail channels, as well as selected telcos and electronics stores.
