Anticipated indie title Kejora is officially available now, bringing its hand-drawn world and mystery-driven gameplay to players across PC and major console platforms. The game launches digitally on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X|S.
Developed by Indonesian studio Berangin Creative, Kejora marks the team’s first in-house title after nearly five years of development. Founded in 2019 as an art and animation outsourcing studio, Berangin Creative began work on Kejora in 2020, embarking on a creative journey that would see the project evolve significantly over time.
Originally conceived as a run-and-gun experience, Kejora underwent a major shift in direction, ultimately emerging as a narrative-driven puzzle adventure that blends storytelling, exploration, and environmental challenges.
A Village Trapped in Time
Set in a seemingly peaceful village, Kejora invites players into a story where nothing is quite as it seems. Beneath the calm surface lies a hidden mystery: the village is trapped in a time loop, endlessly reliving the same day without its inhabitants realising it.

When Kejora begins to notice the unsettling repetition, she sets out with her friends to uncover the origin of the curse and break free from the cycle. The narrative unfolds through exploration and puzzle-solving, gradually revealing the secrets buried within the village.
Hand-Drawn Art and Party-Based Gameplay
One of Kejora’s defining features is its hand-drawn art and animation, giving the game a distinct visual identity and storybook-like charm. Gameplay centres on environmental platforming puzzles, where players must carefully observe their surroundings and think creatively to progress.

Adding depth to the experience is a party-based system, with two supporting characters accompanying Kejora. Each companion has unique abilities that players must use strategically, encouraging experimentation and collaboration to overcome obstacles throughout the journey.
