Following the success of its 2022 release, Girard-Perregaux is proud to present the new Laureato 38mm Copper Diamond Bezel. This elegant timepiece features a captivating copper-hued dial with a Clous de Paris motif, framed by a stunning diamond-set bezel.
A Dynamic Dial
The 38mm steel case houses a dial that shifts in colour from copper to ochre and burnt oak, depending on the light. This dynamic quality, enhanced by the Clous de Paris pattern, adds depth and visual interest.
A baton-type hour and minute hands, lined with luminescent material, and a golden central sweep seconds hand complement the dial. A date aperture near the crown showcases the date in white text on a copper-toned disc, maintaining the dial’s harmonious look.
Diamond-Set Bezel
The octagonal bezel is adorned with 56 diamonds (∼0.90 ct), with eight large stones at each corner and smaller stones in between.
These diamonds play with light, creating a sparkling display that shifts with every movement. The polished central links of the integrated bracelet further enhance the watch’s overall brilliance.
Inner Beauty and Precision
At just 10.02mm in height, the Laureato 38mm Copper Diamond Bezel is powered by the self-winding Calibre GP03300. This movement, visible through a see-through case-back, showcases circular graining, bevelling, mirror-polishing, satin finish, snailing, sunray finish, and various engravings. The bridges feature straight Côtes de Genève, while the pink gold oscillating weight is adorned with circular Côtes de Genève. The movement boasts a power reserve of at least 46 hours.
The new Laureato 38mm Copper Diamond Bezel is a testament to Girard-Perregaux’s commitment to blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. This latest addition to the Laureato family continues the legacy of the iconic model, first introduced in 1975.
Retailing at SGD 29,800 including tax, the Laureato 38mm Copper Diamond Bezel is available at select Girard-Perregaux retailers.
