Our engineers here also collaborate closely with our suppliers to stay ahead of the latest trends to achieve R&D excellence. Seamless availability and robust support complete the customer experience. That’s why having a reliable supply chain and service team is crucial. I believe this holistic approach is the reason why we’ve been holding down the top spot for monitor excellence for a decade now.
Q: Can you take us through a typical product development cycle, and how the team innovates to deliver the best user experience?
Dell monitors have always been at the forefront of technology innovation. Take our Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Monitor for example, this monitor was created from scratch based on feedback from the gaming community and working closely with our suppliers. Their feedback guided our journey from concept to reality. Our engineers here in Singapore spent over two years working on enhancing the resolution while leveraging the QD-OLED technology to deliver that killer gaming experience. We also conducted several months of stringent testing to ensure it adheres to high durability and quality standards. In short, it’s all about listening to our customers, working with our partners, and leveraging our strong R&D capabilities to bring those innovations to life.
