Acer introduces Intel EVO premium laptop experience into its sustainable Vero series

Aspire Vero is the first laptop to include the Intel Evo platform, which is given to laptops that meet Intel’s primary hardware requirements. This indicates that the Aspire Vero features a Thunderbolt 4 connector, immediate wake, and long battery life (up to 16.5 hours of movie playing). It also supports fast charging (4 or more hours of battery life in 30 minutes).

Going Green by reducing waste

The new Aspire Vero models are fully functional laptops built from the ground up with waste minimization in mind. The Vero was purposefully created to encourage the use of eco-friendly materials like post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, ocean-bound plastic (OBP), and recyclable packaging. Recycled and repurposed plastic waste is used to create PCR plastic. Both models’ chassis use 30% PCR plastic, which reduces manufacturing-related carbon emissions by 21% without sacrificing toughness and rigidity.

Fully featured and easily upgradeable

Both the 14-inch (AV14-51) and 15-inch (AV15-52) Full HD displays in the new Aspire Vero series are powered by the most recent 12th Gen Intel CoreTM CPUs, together with Intel Iris Xe graphics and Wi-Fi 6E. It is complemented by a wide range of connections, including two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports and Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports. Every Vero laptop’s bottom cover is also simply removable and is fastened with ordinary screws. This makes it simple to upgrade and replace internal parts, like RAM and SSD modules, which contribute to the laptop’s longer lifespan.
