I am so excited to be going on a cruise after being stuck in Singapore for more than a year, and I can’t wait to show you guys all the pictures I took. To capture all the amazing memories, I brought along the vivo X60 Pro with me.
Did you know the X60 Pro is the first-ever official smartphone of the UEFA EURO 2020 opening and closing ceremonies? vivo joined UEFA to present a uniquely spectacular tournament final at Wembley Stadium for millions of global spectators. As an official partner of the tournament, vivo also used its proprietary technology to repair memorable photos of famous moments in the storied tournament’s history. Check out my unboxing video below for this beautifully packaged phone.
ZEISS Co-engineered Imaging System
The X60 Pro beautifully captured all the pictures that I took on the cruise. I started off by taking a tour around the ship! The X60 Pro has three rear cameras (48MP + 13MP + 13MP), and a 32 MP front camera. I loved how the colours were so vibrant and bright, very accurately depicting what I was seeing at that moment. Look how clear the photos are!
My friends and I also went to play one of the most popular attractions on the ship, the Flow Rider. It is an extreme sport that stimulates waves. It shoots more than 60,000 gallons of water per second, with a speed of 32 km/h to 48 km/h on a padded, inclined surface. It was extremely enjoyable and this was my favourite attraction, though we had to queue for an hour under the hot sun. It was all worth it, and I am so glad I can capture this memory forever.
Even while capturing the horizons with very harsh lights from the sun, the camera is able to balance out the harshness and capture the most beautiful parts of the scene. By far, I am most impressed with the vibrancy, clarity, and colours of the photos.
Extreme Night Vision 2.0
At night, we went up to view the beautiful lights by the pool. X60 Pro’s extreme night vision 2.0 helps me to recreate a million shades of night with a single tap, capturing the impressive expanse of the night through vivo’s innovative AI noise reduction algorithm. The pictures I took with the night mode were not too dark, with beautiful colours. It accentuated every colour and blended it all together.
Cinematic Master Feature and Gimbal Stabilisation 2.0
I was excited to try the cinematic master feature, along with its gimbal stabilisation. I can choose between HDR Super Night Portrait, Ultra-Wide Night Mode, Super Pano, Pro Sports Mode, Kids Snapshot, Multi-Style Portrait and Long-Exposure Mode, amongst many others. The videos I took were extremely stable, This is because with the latest Gimbal Camera System and creatively utilised Pixel Shift Ultra HD Imaging technology, the X60 Pro camera system supplements enhancement of image details and sharpness after eight pictures are taken in parallel to help me get ultra-HD images. The X60 Pro also utilises VIS 5-axis video stabilisation technology, allowing me to obtain clear shots of objects in dynamic motion with greater accuracy. I made a short video taken with the X60 Pro, check it out above!
Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and Industry-leading 120Hz refresh rate
Even with the well-known bad Wi-Fi on the ship, I had no problem surfing the net and video-calling my friends. With a substantial boost in CPU and GPU performance, these energy-efficient processors contain integrated 5 Basebands that can make the user’s 5G wireless network lightning fast with minimal latency. It also features a 120Hz refresh rate, allowing for effortless scrolling and viewing.
Ultra-Thin Design
As slim as 7.36mm and weighing 176g, the X60 Pro is complete with a stunning 6.56-inch flexible Ultra O Screen containing a 3.96mm front camera puns hole centred at the top with ultra-narrow bezels.
With its Shimmer Blue colour, I love the soft blue and purple hues. I have even received a few compliments on it! It also comes in Midnight Black. vivo X60 Pro with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage is available at S$1,199, at vivo’s flagship store at Causeway Point, and authorised dealers islandwide.
