Tis\u2019 the season to be mirrorless again and Nikon is the latest camera giant to hop on the bandwagon with the release of the Z6 and Z7, along with a four-piece lens drop.<\/p>\n

Without taking you for a joyride about the specifications, let\u2019s skim the surface on what each of the new products entail.<\/p>\n

Nikon Z6 & Z7<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Nikon<\/p>\n

Featuring a larger-diameter mount, both the Z6 and Z7 are manufactured with a new backside illumination full-frame, Nikon FX-format CMOS sensor with built-in focal-plane phase-detection AF pixels, and the latest EXPEED 6 image-processing engine.<\/p>\n

Ideal for the casual shutterbug, the Z6 is an all-purpose 24.5MP camera, which supports ISO 100\u201351200 standard sensitivity. It has the ability to film full-frame 4K UHD movies and performs well in low light conditions.<\/p>\n

The 45.7MP Z7, however, is built for the pros with a standard sensitivity range of ISO 64\u201325600 and its capacity to maintain sharpness all the way to the edges of images will leave you in awe.<\/p>\n

While the Z6 and Z7 have differences, they both have the following features:<\/p>\n

    S-Line Lenses & FTZ Adaptor

    The NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f\/4 S, NIKKOR Z 35mm f\/1.8 S, and NIKKOR Z 50mm f\/1.8 S are equipped with functions like compensation for focus breathing, quiet operation, smooth exposure control, a control ring, and sharp resolution for photos and movies. The new FTZ mount adapter will enable the Z series’ compatibility with NIKKOR F mount lenses.<\/p>\n
