With hundreds of exhibitors showcasing innovations across AI, robotics, smart living and advanced manufacturing, the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) and electronicAsia offered just a glimpse of the emerging technologies shaping our future.<\/p>\n

From humanoid robots and intelligent service machines to practical solutions designed for homes, workplaces and industrial environments, there was plenty to discover across the exhibition halls.<\/p>\n

With so much ground to cover, these are only some of the interesting products and innovations we came across during our visit.<\/p>\n

From a humanoid robot designed for commercial tasks and a companion robot with an emotional side to a retro-inspired wireless speaker and a compact film camera, here are some of the highlights that caught our attention so far.<\/p>\n

Lenovo ThinkCentre X AIO Aura Edition: A Taller Take on the Desktop. <\/strong>
\nForget\u00a0the usual widescreen format. Lenovo\u2019s ThinkCentre X AIO Aura Edition features a distinctive 27.6-inch, 16:18 QHD display with a 2560 \u00d7 2880 resolution, giving professionals more vertical space for documents, spreadsheets and multitasking.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra X7 368H processor with 16 cores, Intel Arc B390 graphics and an AI NPU delivering up to 50 TOPS for AI-assisted workflows and Copilot+ PC features. The all-in-one supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and two M.2 SSDs, alongside Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and Thunderbolt 4.<\/p>\n

Harman Kardon speakers, AI noise suppression, an optional AI camera and an adjustable stand round out this workstation for business professionals and creators.<\/p>\n

\nDesigned for music lovers who appreciate a touch of nostalgia, Philips\u2019 Moving Sound Wireless Speaker, also known as The Tube, pairs retro styling with up to 280W of peak audio power. Its two-way stereo system features dual 5.25-inch woofers, dedicated tweeters and passive radiators for fuller bass.<\/p>\n

Bluetooth 6.0 supports multipoint connectivity, while Auracast lets users broadcast music to compatible speakers. Five LED lighting modes and a colour TFT display with retro animations add to its visual appeal. \nFor those who like their gadgets to match, Momax\u2019s Dusky Cherry collection brings a coordinated Burgundy-inspired look to everyday tech accessories.<\/p>\n

The range spans protective cases, magnetic power banks, desktop charging stands, GaN travel adapters, braided cables and portable speakers, offering multiple ways to carry the colour across a personal setup. Mcdodo Ultima Ultra: A Safer Way to Power Up? <\/strong>
\nPower banks are everyday essentials, but battery safety remains an important consideration. The Mcdodo Ultima Ultra combines a 10,000mAh capacity with 45W charging and semi-solid-state battery technology supplied by ATL.<\/p>\n

Mcdodo says the battery has passed nail-penetration, high-temperature and crushing tests without catching fire or exploding. Its four-part safety system, branded 4S Safety, is complemented by a smart display showing battery health and temperature. A Red Dot Award winner in 2026, the power bank offers an interesting take on portable charging, although no battery technology eliminates every possible risk.<\/p>\n

AutoLife Robotics S3: Humanoid Help for Everyday Work <\/strong>
\nCould a humanoid robot eventually help serve customers, handle products or prepare food? AutoLife Robotics is developing its S3 platform for commercial environments such as retail stores, restaurants, supermarkets and reception areas.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It combines multimodal vision, LiDAR navigation, whole-body motion control and robotic manipulation to recognise objects and move around indoor spaces. With 36 degrees of freedom, two seven-degree-of-freedom arms and dexterous hands, the robot can carry 3\u20135kg per arm. Its height adjusts from 113cm to 168cm, while AI computing performance starts at 686 TOPS and can be configured up to 2,070 TOPS. The platform is rated for more than eight hours of operation and supports autonomous charging.<\/p>\n

Huahon Taia RD-8140: Serious Computing Power <\/strong>
\nAI training, engineering simulations and professional rendering can demand considerable computing resources. The Huahon Data Technology Taia RD-8140 AI HPC Workstation is built for these workloads, combining an AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9975WX processor with 32 cores and 64 threads with support for up to four NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000-class GPUs.<\/p>\n

Its motherboard supports up to 2TB of eight-channel DDR5 ECC registered memory, alongside four PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 NVMe storage slots. KODAK EC35: Film Photography Made Simple <\/strong>
\nSometimes, taking a photograph should be as simple as pointing and shooting. The KODAK EC35 brings analogue photography back to basics with a lightweight 35mm film camera weighing just 102g. Its 25mm wide-angle lens has a fixed f\/10 aperture and a 1\/100-second shutter speed, while a built-in flash helps when lighting is limited. A sliding lens cover protects the lens and locks the shutter when closed, preventing accidental shots.<\/p>\n

Migo: A Robot With an Emotional Side<\/strong>
\nNot every robot is built to do chores. Migo, developed by Migo Intelligence (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., focuses instead on companionship, responding to voice calls and touch while tracking people with its eyes and exploring its surroundings autonomously.<\/p>\n

Its 10 degrees of freedom allow it to walk and move its limbs, while its AI is designed to evolve from pet-like sounds to human language and more personalised behaviours over time. The company is also working with academic institutions, including Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University, on emotional models and AI systems. It offers a glimpse of a future in which robots are designed not just to perform tasks, but also to interact more naturally with people.<\/p>\n

RENPHO Artemis: Light Therapy at Home<\/strong>
\nBringing skincare technology into the home, the RENPHO Artemis LED Light Therapy Mask features 324 LEDs and three wavelengths: red light at 630nm, blue light at 415nm and near-infrared light at 850nm.
