Paydibs Sdn Bhd (\u201cPaydibs\u201d) has introduced a new cash-on-delivery (COD) solution designed to unify payment and shipment processes into a single, seamless workflow. The new feature enables merchants to manage COD transactions from checkout through fulfilment within one integrated system.<\/p>\n
The solution aims to simplify COD operations for merchants by bringing payment processing and delivery management together in a unified platform. Through an initial collaboration with a national logistics provider, the rollout will begin with one logistics partner, with plans to progressively expand COD enablement to additional logistics providers in the next quarter.<\/p>\n
With the new feature, COD is now available as a selectable payment option directly on the Paydibs eCommerce checkout page. Merchants can offer \u201cCash on Delivery \u2013 COD\u201d alongside other payment methods such as cards and online banking, allowing customers to complete purchases through a single streamlined checkout experience.<\/p>\n
Cash-on-delivery continues to be a preferred payment method for many Malaysian consumers, offering flexibility and reassurance when purchasing online. However, managing COD orders has traditionally involved operational challenges for merchants, including manual tracking, fragmented order processing and reconciliation difficulties.<\/p>\n
Paydibs\u2019 new COD solution addresses these challenges by enabling merchants to activate the feature through their existing Paydibs setup without requiring additional system integration. Through a single dashboard, merchants can oversee both digital payment and COD transactions, monitor order status, track delivery progress and access settlement information in real time.<\/p>\n

The platform also improves operational efficiency by automatically triggering shipment and fulfilment workflows once a COD order is confirmed at checkout. This helps simplify order management and reconciliation across the entire transaction lifecycle, from purchase confirmation to delivery and settlement.<\/p>\n

The initial rollout will utilise Pos Laju as the fulfilment channel, with plans to progressively expand logistics partnerships in the coming months to provide merchants with greater delivery flexibility.<\/p>\n
