Polar unveiled its latest smartwatch iteration, the Polar Vantage V3, showcasing enhanced optical heart rate measurements and introducing new health-tracking functionalities. Among the novel features are blood oxygen saturation measurements, insights into the heart’s electrical signals (ECG), and nightly temperature readings.<\/p>\n
These advanced health capabilities are attributed to the company’s cutting-edge biosensing technology, referred to as the Polar Elixir. It’s important to note that none of the health features provided by Polar have received clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended as diagnostic tools.
