The Chopard L.U.C Time Traveler One Singapore Edition is the newest edition to the brand\u2019s first worldtime watch. Made for the globetrotting lifestyle, this tribute to our very own city state is meant for the truly global travellers, whose hearts remain back home in Singapore.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are two versions to this elegant timepiece: stainless steel and 18 carat rose gold. In either iteration, it is elegance personified.<\/span><\/p>\n

At any given moment, a single glance at this essential horological complication indicates the time anywhere in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Crystal-Clear Read-Off<\/b><\/h2>\n

Like the earth\u2019s atmosphere, the L.U.C Time Traveler One Singapore Edition operates in concentric layers. A discreet central hand indicates the date, while a surrounding railway track circle reads off the hours and minutes of the local time zone. Dauphine-type hands, typical of the watches in the L.U.C collection, sweep over the circle. These hands can be adjusted via a crown positioned at 2 o\u2019clock.<\/span><\/p>\n

One step outwards, a large 24-hour graduated ring operates in coordination with the disc bearing the reference cities symbolising the 24 main time zones. Once these are synchronised with local timezone via the 4 o\u2019clock crown, no more adjustment is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

This planet-wide vocation is echoed on the 4 o\u2019clock crown bearing a modern stylised globe motif. Its 2 o\u2019clock counterpart bears the L.U.C logo conveying an equally universal appeal.<\/span><\/p>\n

The watch measures 42mm in diameter, an ideal size for any wrist that also ensures the legibility of the indications. With a thickness of 12.09mm, it can be worn discreetly under a shirt sleeve, to be revealed with a flourish.<\/span><\/p>\n

The calibre is finished in accordance with the criteria governing the most prestigious watchmaking certifications. This includes decorations such as chamfering and C\u00f4tes de Gen\u00e8ve applied to the various components.
