Casio is honored to present the EDIFICE SOSPENSIONE Honda Racing Red Edition model, which was developed in conjunction with Honda Racing to honor the 60th anniversary of the Suzuka Circuit. This model embodies the company’s admiration for speed and the technical accomplishments of racing.<\/p>\n

The year 2022 celebrates the 60th anniversary of Honda Motor Limited’s creation of the Suzuka Circuit in 1962. The circuit, a 5.807 km long racing race track in Ino, Suzuka City, was originally created as a Honda test track and features a famous figure eight configuration with a rear straight that is 1.2 km long and crosses the front section through an overpass. The Fiorano Circuit in Italy is the other FIA Grade 1 approved track, and it is the only one with a figure eight configuration.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Suzuka Circuit is one of the oldest Formula One World Championship courses still in use today and has hosted numerous races, including the Japanese Grand Prix since 1987. F1 drivers and fans publicly praise it as one of the most enjoyable. Many world titles have been decided at the track because it is customarily one of the final Grands Prix of the year. In the early years of the circuit, the world championship was decided four years in a row. These include the 1988 title, won by Ayrton Senna, the contentious 1989 title, won by Alain Prost, and the 1990 and 1991 world titles, won by Senna in both years.<\/p>\n

The EDIFICE SOSPENSIONE Honda Racing Red Edition<\/strong><\/p>\n

This unique commemorative model embodies Honda Racing’s racing passion in every way. The Honda red badge, which represents Honda’s passion for racing and is exclusive to Honda racing cars like the RA271 and Type R commercial vehicles, is painted on the dial’s X-frame in the same color as the badge.<\/p>\n

The watch’s dial prominently displays the HRC brand emblem, while the case, band ring, and back cover are inscribed with the Honda and Honda Racing logos. A logo honoring the 60th anniversary of the Suzuka Circuit is also engraved on the back cover.<\/p>\n

This model uses the EQB-2000 as its foundation, which was inspired by the double-wishbone suspension found in racing vehicles. It has a black background with red highlights and a black and red Honda NSX GT3 motif. The band of it is made of Alcantara, a synthetic material utilized in the inside of Honda Type R cars because of its strength and comfort.<\/p>\n

The EQB-2000 also includes a chronograph for accurate timekeeping and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, which may be accessed via an app on your phone and include auto time adjustment, watch setting, about 300 World Time Cities, stopwatch time transfer, and an iPhone locator.<\/p>\n
