MB&F presents LMX, celebrating 10 years of Legacy Machines.The LMX is an LM1 on steroids. It revisits and accentuates the most striking features of the first Legacy Machine.<\/p>\n
Visible at first glance under the sapphire crystal dome, fully independent dual time zones, materialised by two stretched lacquer dials that are now inclined at 50 degrees thanks to conical gears \u2013 a nod to the more recent LM FlyingT and LM Thunderdome. Floating above the dials, the flying balance wheel which has become the leitmotiv of the Legacy Machine collection, upgraded by replacing the previous regulating screws with inertia blocks (watchmakers will approve).<\/p>\n
LM1\u2019s world-premiere vertical indicator has been expanded into a three-dimensional, hemispherical power reserve indicator \u2013 and the entire display rotates, allowing you to choose between day-of-the week or numerical scales, counting down the impressive seven days of power reserve.<\/p>\n

Inside the LMX red gold or titanium case, an entirely new movement: the eighth Legacy Machine calibre in 10 years, each one developed from scratch. Dial-side, the escapement, large wheels and polished arms of the straight bridges offer a first glimpse of the finely finished 367 components. The new movement\u2019s symmetrical construction can be admired by turning the LMX over, revealing the three barrels, gold chatons and various bridges with polished bevels, internal angles and Geneva waves arranged in a radiating sunray pattern.<\/p>\n
The LMX is available in two editions: Grade 5 titanium case, with blue-green CVD dial \u2013 limited to 33 pieces (SGD150,600); and 18K 5N+ red gold case, with black NAC dial \u2013 limited to only 18 pieces (SGD172,100).<\/p>\n

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Legacy Machine collection, MB&F and long-standing retail partner The Hour Glass proudly present \u201c10 Years of Legacy Machines, a Retrospective Exhibition\u201d, taking place in Singapore from March 25th to April 15th.<\/p>\n
Visitors will discover the first-ever retrospective collection of Legacy Machines, from the original Legacy Machine No1 created in 2011 to the new LMX, which will be released officially on the eve of the exhibition. No less than 23 different Legacy Machine models will be on display, including pieces sent especially for the exhibition from MB&F headquarters in Geneva.<\/p>\n
