
MSI has taken the wraps off an impressive lineup of gaming devices at COMPUTEX 2026, celebrating the company’s 40th anniversary with new gaming laptops, handheld gaming hardware and limited-edition creations that showcase both performance and craftsmanship.
Headlining the announcements are the world’s first Intel Arc G3 Extreme-powered gaming handheld, the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+, the stunning Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Draco Epic anniversary laptop, and an all-new generation of Raider, Crosshair and Cyborg gaming laptops powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs.
MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ Pushes Handheld Gaming Forward
The MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ stands out as one of the most significant announcements from COMPUTEX 2026. It is the world’s first gaming handheld powered by Intel’s new Arc G3 Extreme processor platform, specifically optimised for handheld gaming devices.

Designed to bring AAA gaming performance into a portable form factor, the Claw 8 EX AI+ features an 8-inch Full HD+ touchscreen display with a 120Hz variable refresh rate for smoother gameplay. MSI has also redesigned the handheld with improved ergonomics, Hall-effect triggers and thumbsticks, a more responsive D-pad, and a new linear motor that delivers richer, more precise haptic feedback.

The handheld leverages Intel’s latest Xe graphics architecture alongside XeSS 3 and Multi-Frame Generation technologies to boost frame rates and visual quality. It also introduces a dedicated Xbox Mode that enables quicker game launching and seamless resume functionality. Finished in a distinctive Void Purple colourway, the Claw 8 EX AI+ aims to combine premium styling with next-generation handheld performance.
Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Celebrates MSI’s 40-Year Legacy
To mark its 40th anniversary, MSI unveiled the Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Draco Epic, a limited-edition flagship gaming laptop inspired by the Draco constellation. The design incorporates precision metal etching and anodised finishes that create intricate textures and dynamic reflections, showcasing MSI’s highest level of craftsmanship to date.

Under the hood, the Titan packs Intel’s Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU with 24GB of GDDR7 memory. The 18-inch gaming powerhouse also boasts a stunning 4K 240Hz Mini LED display, Cherry mechanical RGB keyboard, RGB haptic touchpad and advanced vapour chamber cooling system.

Buyers will also receive an exclusive collector’s bundle that includes a gaming mouse, mouse pad and commemorative coin, making it one of MSI’s most collectable gaming laptops ever released.
Raider 16 Series Raises the Bar for 16-Inch Gaming Laptops
MSI has completely redesigned its Raider series, introducing the Raider 16 Max and Raider 16. The company describes the Raider 16 Max as its most powerful 16-inch gaming laptop yet, capable of delivering up to 300W of combined CPU and GPU power using the latest Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs.

A major highlight is the new Cooler Boost Trinity with Intra Flow thermal system, which incorporates up to three fans, six heat pipes and five exhaust vents. MSI claims the redesigned cooling architecture allows the Raider to maintain fan noise below 50dBA during gaming while sustaining high levels of performance.

The Raider series also introduces a quick-access upgrade panel that makes memory and SSD upgrades significantly easier. Gamers can enjoy a premium 2.5K 240Hz OLED display with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 certification, alongside extensive RGB lighting customisation across the chassis.
Crosshair Series Becomes Thinner and More Powerful
MSI’s new Crosshair 16 Max and Crosshair 16 feature a slimmer design measuring just 21.9mm thick while simultaneously delivering higher performance. The new models offer up to 200W of combined power, representing a 17.6% performance increase over the previous generation.

Cooling duties are handled by MSI’s Cooler Boost system with dual fans, five heat pipes and a four-exhaust-vent design. The laptops are paired with a 2.5K 165Hz OLED display and a comprehensive selection of connectivity options, including Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, HDMI and RJ-45 networking.

For users seeking cleaner desk setups, MSI has relocated larger ports such as HDMI and Ethernet to the rear of the laptop for improved cable management.
New Cyborg Series Targets Mainstream Gamers
The refreshed Cyborg 15 series brings substantial upgrades to MSI’s entry-level gaming lineup. The Cyborg 15 Max can deliver up to 130W of total system power and features up to 100W Total Graphics Power (TGP), representing a 122% increase compared to its predecessor.

MSI has also improved cooling with an upgraded Cooler Boost system, while every model now features a 144Hz Full HD display with 100% sRGB colour coverage.

The laptops retain a lightweight design at approximately 2kg while offering improved connectivity and rear-positioned ports for easier cable management.
Art Meets Technology with the Prestige 14 Flip AI+ Vincent van Gogh Edition
Beyond gaming, MSI also showcased the Prestige 14 Flip AI+ Vincent van Gogh Edition, the latest addition to its Artisan Collection. Inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s iconic masterpieces The Starry Night and Starry Night Over the Rhône, the laptop blends artistic expression with modern computing technology.

Powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, the laptop combines portability, all-day battery life and AI-enhanced productivity features within a design that celebrates one of history’s greatest artists.
