Apple has unveiled Apple Business, a new all-in-one platform designed to help organisations of all sizes manage devices, streamline operations and connect with customers more effectively.
Set to launch on 14 April 2026 in over 200 countries and regions, Apple Business brings together device management, collaboration tools and brand-building features into a single, unified experience.
A unified platform for modern businesses
Apple Business combines several core capabilities into one ecosystem, allowing companies to manage their operations more efficiently. The platform includes built-in mobile device management (MDM), business email and calendar services, custom domain support, and tools to enhance customer engagement across Apple services.

According to Apple, the goal is to simplify IT and operations—particularly for small and medium-sized businesses that may not have dedicated technical teams—while maintaining strong security and privacy standards.

Built-in device management made simple
A key feature of Apple Business is its integrated MDM system, which provides a centralised view of all Apple devices within an organisation.
Businesses can:
● Configure devices, apps and security settings from a single interface
● Create employee groups and assign roles or permissions
● Use Blueprints to deploy preconfigured devices with zero-touch setup
This allows new devices to be ready for use straight out of the box, ensuring consistency and reducing setup time.
The platform also supports Managed Apple Accounts, enabling a clear separation between work and personal data, along with integration with identity providers such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.
Built-in tools for communication and collaboration
Apple Business introduces fully integrated email, calendar and directory services, allowing companies to establish a professional identity using their own custom domain.

These tools are designed to improve collaboration through:
● Shared calendars and delegation features
● A built-in company directory for easy employee connections
● Personalised contact cards for streamlined communication
A companion Apple Business app will also allow employees to install work apps, access company information and request support on the go.
Helping businesses connect with customers
Beyond internal operations, Apple Business expands on Apple’s business ecosystem by integrating brand and location management tools.

Companies can manage how they appear across Apple platforms such as Maps, Mail, Wallet and Siri through:
● Brand profiles with logos and business details
● Rich place cards featuring photos, hours and location info
● Showcases and custom actions for promotions or bookings
● Location insights to track customer engagement
Additionally, features like Tap to Pay on iPhone allow businesses to display branding during transactions, helping build trust and recognition.
Flexible and scalable for growth
Apple Business also includes options for expanded iCloud storage and AppleCare+ for Business support, making it adaptable as organisations grow.
By consolidating tools for device management, collaboration and customer engagement, Apple is positioning the platform as a comprehensive solution for businesses at every stage—from startups to larger enterprises.
Availability
Apple Business will be available as a free service starting 14 April 2026 for users of Apple Business Connect, Apple Business Essentials and Apple Business Manager, with optional paid upgrades for additional storage and support.
