FUJIFILM Expands instax Lineup with mini 13 Combo Kit and WIDE 400 in Jet Black

FUJIFILM is bringing fresh energy to its instant photography lineup with the introduction of the instax mini 13 Combo Kit and a sleek new Jet Black edition of the instax WIDE 400. Designed for today’s social and creative users, both additions offer new ways to capture moments instantly, blending fun design with practical features.

The instax mini 13 marks a refresh of FUJIFILM’s entry-level instant camera, now reimagined with a playful, pop-inspired design. With its rounded 3D form and five pastel colour options, the mini 13 doubles as both a camera and a fashion accessory, encouraging users to bring it along wherever they go.

Beyond its looks, the mini 13 introduces new creative flexibility with built-in 2-second and 10-second self-timers. Whether it is a quick selfie or a full group shot, users can now take photos more comfortably without rushing into position.

The included Camera Angle Adjustment Accessory further enhances this experience, allowing for hands-free shooting without the need for a tripod.

Ease of use remains a key strength. The camera operates with a simple twist of the lens to power on, followed by a straightforward point-and-shoot process.

Features such as Close-up Mode with parallax correction ensure more accurate framing, especially for selfies, while Automatic Exposure adjusts brightness for both bright and low-light conditions, making it easy for anyone to get good results instantly.

The instax mini 13 Combo Kit, priced at S$189, comes bundled with two packs of assorted mini film, making it a ready-to-use package straight out of the box.

On the other end of the lineup, the instax WIDE 400 receives a more refined update with the introduction of a new Jet Black finish. Known for its wide-format prints, the WIDE 400 is designed for capturing bigger moments, from group shots to landscapes and events.

The new matte Jet Black colour adds a more premium and versatile aesthetic, allowing the camera to fit seamlessly into both casual and formal settings. Whether it is outdoor adventures or special occasions like weddings and parties, the understated finish gives the camera a more polished presence.

Functionally, the WIDE 400 retains its simple and intuitive operation. A quick turn powers on the camera, and a press of the shutter captures wide-format images with ease. The built-in self-timer continues to be a standout feature, making it easier to include everyone in the frame without needing extra help.

The camera’s design has already received international recognition, earning accolades such as the Red Dot Design Award and the iF Design Award, reinforcing its balance of form and function.

The instax WIDE 400 in Jet Black will be available in Singapore from March 31, 2026, priced at S$249. With both Jet Black and the existing green variant, users now have more choices to match their style and shooting needs.

Complementing the hardware, FUJIFILM has also updated its instax UP! smartphone app, introducing AI-powered scanning that improves the accuracy of digitising prints. This makes it easier for users to preserve and share their instant photos on social media.

To celebrate the launch, FUJIFILM will be hosting an instax pop-up experience titled “A Century in Frame” at ION Orchard from March 28 to April 11, offering visitors an immersive look at the evolution of photography through the instax ecosystem.
