From 1 October to 31 December 2025, customers will enjoy a three-year general warranty (1 + 2 years) and a 10-year compressor warranty (5 years + 5-year promotion), ensuring long-term comfort and reliability.

The WindFree™ Cooling system gently disperses cool air through 23,000 micro air holes, eliminating direct drafts while consuming up to 77% less energy compared to traditional fast cooling modes.
Adding intelligence to comfort, AI Auto Cooling learns users’ daily routines and room conditions to automatically deliver the ideal temperature at any time of day. No manual adjustments needed — just consistent comfort, tailored to your habits.
A Better Night’s Sleep
For restful nights, the WindFree™ Good Sleep mode maintains a gentle, consistent temperature without cold air drafts. Paired with AI Comfort Mode, the system learns your sleep patterns to optimise cooling automatically. When connected to a Galaxy Watch, it can even detect when you’ve fallen asleep and switch modes accordingly — turning off at your set wake-up alarm for the perfect start to your morning.
Cooling Control at Your Fingertips
With the SmartThings app, users can control their Samsung air conditioner anytime, anywhere — whether they’re on the way home or ready for bed. Voice control is also supported, offering convenient hands-free management in multiple languages.
Extended Warranty Promotion
Customers who purchase any participating Samsung air conditioner model during the promotion period are eligible for an additional two years of warranty coverage. Models range from 1.0HP to 2.5HP units, with prices starting at RM1,799 and extending up to RM4,839 for premium models.
The extended warranty can be redeemed through the Samsung Redemption Portal between 15 October 2025 and 15 January 2026, or fulfilled directly via e-Certificate for online purchases.
