Sony Thermo Technology, Inc. has announced the launch of the REON POCKET PRO, the latest premium model in its personal wearable thermo-device lineup. Designed to be worn around the neck, this upgraded model brings significant improvements to cooling and heating performance, comfort, and intelligent operation, making it ideal for everyday wear, even in professional settings.
The REON POCKET PRO debuts Sony’s dual thermo-modules, delivering double the cooling/warming area and heat absorption capacity compared to previous models. A new high-efficiency heat-dissipating fan boosts airflow by approximately 2x, enabling enhanced performance and up to 34 hours of operation on COOL Level 1. The unit remains sleek and compact while operating with 50% less noise, ensuring discreet usage during meetings or commutes.
Advanced sensors and an upgraded SMART COOL mode use real-time data from body movement, body temperature, and environmental humidity to optimise thermal comfort automatically. The AUTO START/STOP function has also been refined, enabling smarter activation when the device is worn or removed. Physical control buttons on the sides of the unit allow users to switch modes and adjust levels without a smartphone.
Designed for all-day comfort, the REON POCKET PRO features a newly contoured cooling/warming surface and a redesigned neckband with a flexible silicone extension.
A custom protective case is also available, offering secure and organised storage for the main unit and accessories.
The REON POCKET PRO launches in light grey and will be available in 22 regions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, including Singapore, at a retail price of S$329.
