Displayed at CES 2022, LG Electronics (LG) has announced the Easel (model 65Art90) – a cutting-edge lifestyle OLED TV from the LG OLED Objet Collection. The Easel offers unmatched adaptability and beautiful spatial integration that elevate any decor as it was designed for today’s home-centric way of life. Representing an exciting new direction for the brand, the Easel is sure to bolster LG’s growing reputation as a leading lifestyle innovator.

The Easel (65Art90) from the LG OLED Objet Collection delivers the excellent image quality one would expect from an LG OLED TV alongside a sophisticated appearance. The TV’s easel-like design, as suggested by its name, is a natural choice for highlighting the stunning contrast and colours of LG’s self-lit display technology.



This revolutionary product from LG uses fabric components, including the movable cover, manufactured by the creative Danish textile firm Kvadrat. It has a subtle, modern appearance that enhances one’s living space. With the use of cutting-edge technology, the movable fabric cover can be operated by the TV’s remote control, giving users a fresh viewing experience on the same TV. The cover pulls up when the display is set to Line view, lowering the amount of screen that is visible and allowing users to access key functions and modes like the date, clock, and audio player. On the other side, users may witness how the OLED evo technology and 80W 4.2ch sound transform the Easel into a work of multimedia art when the display is set to Full View.

The new, artistically-inspired model uses LG OLED evo technology, just like LG’s other high-end 2022 OLED TVs, to produce astonishingly vivid visuals and an immersive, dramatic watching experience. The LG OLED evo enhances the ability of the TV’s self-lit pixels to produce higher clarity, depth, contrast, and colour for pictures that almost literally burst off the screen when combined with LG’s cutting-edge picture algorithms and the 9 Gen5 AI Processor. With an 80W, 4.2-channel sound system, the smart TV also offers rich, potent audio, which contributes to the living room’s closer resemblance to a movie theatre.
