Leica Playground 2018, a key highlight of the Leica Foto Festival Singapore 2018 that aims to bring you a series of programmes presenting photo-art in the form of exhibitions, talks and workshops from October till December in celebration of photography, introduces a brand-new shooting platform for everyone to enjoy and get creative.

Offering the perfect opportunity for both amateurs and professionals to discover the everlasting appeal of Leica cameras, Leica Playground brings a fun and engaging experience to explore the world of Leica as like-minded individuals gather for a fun-filled weekend at Wheeler’s Yard on 10 & 11 November 2018, from 11:00AM – 6:00PM.

With activities and photography workshops for everyone, look out for the Leica ambassadors on hand, who will offer tips and tricks to capture the perfect shot, transforming your visions into personal creative fulfillments.

Taking My Chances: Street Photography by Jesse Marlow

Winner of several major awards including the International Street Photography Prize and Monash Gallery of Arts Bowness Prize, Jesse Marlow’s works are held in public and private collections around the world.

Look forward to a day with the protégé as Marlow showcases some of his best works and shares about his approach to street photography before leading participants out to “pound the streets”, looking for interesting and quirky images. He will spend time with each participant, and offer personal advice on ways to refine the craft and boost confidence on the street.
